Don't quote me on this, but IIRC ZDoom can generate it's own blockmap if it doesn't find one in a WAD, so I'd say there's a good chance it supports larger blockmaps than the norm.

It takes ZDoom at least 10-15 seconds to load the map up, but otherwise it runs alright. It'd be a bitch if you die and need to reload all the time though.
