how do i make weapons in xwe?!?! or wat do i use to make weapons?

You can't make weapons in XWE, but you can import new weapon sprites with it. If you want to make new weapons as in code them, use Edge DDF, Dehacked or Zdoom Decorate weapons (when its next version is released).

For someone just beginning using Weapon/Sound/Music editing, which program would you advise? Which is the easiest; most flexable?

Also...

Is there a site that explains, in detail, the process of weapon/sound editing? If so, plz tell.
