In XWE, tracks or music or any lump is usually called an "Entry". To load an entry into your currently open PWAD, you click Entry|Load from the menu and select the entry you want to load. Done!
Of course it will have to be named properly for whatever port you're using to recognize it, and it has to be in a format which your port can play.
