The full release is out, check the homepage for more details. (I emailed it to news@doomworld.com, so it may also show up in the news as well.) Added the link to the latest beta to the welcome topic here on the forum and to the homepage as well. The help file has been updated too.

Hope you all will find it useful. Thanks for everyone for their comments and support!

BTW, you might want to amend the date displayed on your download page. It currently says:
Latest Version: 1.16 (2005.02.12)
