When i start xwe, it says:

'Cannot create key Jpeg file'

and i click ok.
Xwe starts, everything seems to be alright.

But i cant do anything.

When click something, in a menu, or not, even if i try to exit xwe, i get a popup with the message:

'List index out of bounds(3)'.
i click ok, and nothing happens.

What to do?
