So I've just gotten into the kick of making my own smoothies at home and I am totally in love with them. I'm no health nut, but they fill you up with small portions so that is really cool. Also, they're really simple to make of course. My favorite experiment so far is a banana peanut butter smoothie: *1 chopped up banana (I think I will start freezing the chopped up pieces to make the drink even cooler) *2-3 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter *about 1/4 cup of milk *6 ice cubes to beef it up some This thing tasted absolutely bangin'. I had the idea of using nutella instead of peanut butter for a future try. What smoothies or other cool homemade light snacks do you guys enjoy? |
