  2. Doom2 Meets Zdoom

A doom2 remake wad a few friends and i made. Each map is made from scratch and is extended with beefed up detail. We ended up canceling the project because people didnt seem to support it all that much. We spent a long time on the maps and didnt want to finish all 30 maps if noone liked the first 11. But I hope some people will enjoy this wad.

  3. Inside the Deku Tree

This is a remake of the first dungeon in the game "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" for the N64.

I had Zelda playing on an emulator on a laptop while I built the map on a desktop computer. I used the in-game map and a ruler to figure out the general size and shape of each room, though there are some differences in appearance. The biggest difference is in monster placement - the remake being more action oriented. Some parts might not be very fair on a first play-through.

Designed for jumping and freelook (jumping is required to beat the map).

  4. Darknation's Wacky Adventures in Impse or Dnwaii (pronounced 'denwhy')

Okay, in reality there's no story. I had a bunch of textures, and I had a bunch of imp sprites, so I smashed them all together and here's what came out. It's two maps, btw. You don't have to read any more if you don't want (though I doubt most people have even gotten this far).

The Real Story: You are Darknation, secret agent guy for the government of some country nobody gives a shit about (France or Norway or something). Some big government guys who probably wear fancy suits and dark sunglasses (and those thingies in their ears, radios or cell phone dealies or whatever) have just gotten word that a bunch of experiments have gone horribly, horribly wrong in some undisclosed location (never saw that coming, did you?). Your mission, should you chose to accept it (you don't have a choice anyway), is to infiltrate the base and kill the leader imp dudes (you'll know when you beat them because the map will end).

Sadly the only way you could get into the facility was via one of those crates the UAC is famous for. Once you bust out of it you should be good to go. It's time to kill some god damn dirty furries! Oh, I mean imps.

  7. DOOM - The Cyberdemon Army - Demo

I have constructed a demo of the 4 current top stages in DTCA. I hope you enjoy it.

Please take note that the MP3's in this wad are NOT music, but are my recorded voice sound effects. I converted them into the MP3 format to save space.

These levels have been modified slightly from thier originals. They now can work fully in deathmatch games. Here is the gameplay chart:

    Map01 and Map19 - 2 or more players (recommended) Map20 and Map32 - 4 or more players (recommended)

  10. Deus Vult Zero: The Shadowrunner Edition

    Act 1.

So your name is MooMoo the JooJoo, and you're a marine on Mars, while making a sausage you're cock got stuck in a meatgrinder, and you don't know how to take it out without bleeding to death.

Calling 9-11 is not an option because you'll die of embarrassment, plus that cute nurse you're dating won't look at you the same way ever again.

Anyways, so after a few hours of panicking and deciding between dieing of blood loss or loss of face, you passed out on the floor, which means you're going to die and be embarassed as well.

    Act 2.

In a strange twist of fate, you woke up and the meatgrinder magically dissapeard, and saw a wizened wizard masturbating behind a pipe organ (or into the pipe organ to be accurate) in a druid's cloak.

You tap him on the shoulder wondering where you are, in return he got mad at you for "interrupting" his daily routine, so he turned around, instead of wielding his wizard wand, pulled out his wizard cock, yells, "dU = Q - W!" and POOF you're awake in a base with 4700 demons GL HF

  24. Forsaken Overlook

This map is one of the many parts of the Secret Santa Imitation Project, led by Brian "Snakes" Knox. It was meant to imitate the style of Chris "lupinx-Kassman" Kassap, and is designed for Single Player, Co-op, and Deathmatch play.

A lonely medieval outpost overlooking a large sea sits on the edge of the world. In it lies a magical sword of power, waiting to be taken by a brave adventurer. But be warned - rumor has it that the sword was sealed away in order to keep an alleged curse placed on it at bay...

This is a fine map with a lot of work put in it. I really liked the attention to details and the overall atmosphere of the map. The intended  path is a bit hard to decipher at times, but it ends on a high note.

I don't hate it. It's simple and easy, but also clearly designed instead of just slapped together, even if the author is a beginner mapper from the mid-90s.

A neat older megaWAD that was made predominately for co-op play:   From the readme:   "Most levels were made for co-op play, all levels are playable alone as well."   It clearly states this, but some people seem confused by this fact, somehow.   Plays just fine in SP, and is how I've played it the three times I've gone through it now.   Yes, it shows its age a bit in 2024, but what WAD from this era doesn't? Features a great soundtrack, too.   Easy 4/5, even in the current climate.

I really enjoyed the adventure that The Artifact takes you on. The levels are grandiose and intricate, full of interesting set pieces and somewhat obscure secrets. On UV, the difficulty is quite high and unforgiving. The icon of sin fight is a bit too complex for my tastes. Nevertheless, it shows a splendid mastery of design and progression.

Very glitchy levels and the music is a mixed bag. Some of the soundtrack is good, others are bad. When the levels aren't glitchy, they're just ok. Might have been cool in the 90s but has been beat by so many others. Some levels have inescapable pits. Also, too many levels are focused on CO-OP play, which would be fine if every level was like that and this was clearly labeled "MEANT FOR COOPERATIVE PLAYTHROUGHS"
