  1. Escape the Cavern

You find yourself in a giant cavern. Escape to daylight!

Homage to MAP29 and E4M2. Designed to be played on Ultra Violence and provide a difficulty level suitable for Doom E4 ("Thy Flesh Consumed"). Lower difficulty levels are available if this is too hard. Or save often.

  2. Dark7: Mission Pack (The Special Edition)

7 dark base maps for zdoom. This is the sequal to dark7.

  3. Europa 2

All right, here's the second part of my europa series. Hope you all enjoy it. It may not be the most detailed map ever done, but it certainly is one of the largest. You need all 6 keys to exit, and none of them come easily... Skill 2 is recommended if you think that doom2 on UV has good gameplay for you. If you think that is too hard, play skill 1. Skills 3 and up are designed for HR freaks like me.

    This map REQUIRES gothictx.wad!

  4. Flay the Obscene - Reversed

This map is a revamp of the original Flay the Obscene, which was released in 1999. As a 15 year anniversary celebration of the map -which was the first big noticeable release from me- I have decided to dust it off and dress it up.

I could have called it "Flay the Obscene 4", since I considder it to be a fourth entry in the series, as it plays, and looks, quite different from the original one. This is mostly because it is played backwards, but also because there are new areas added to it, and a ton of updates in both terms of gameplay and architecture! But I have left out the "4" from the title but kept it in the filename as I want to emphasize the fact, that it is "simply" the first entry, which has been reversed. But why even considder the "4" then? Because, I think I want to create a fifth entry that sees the player tackle his homeworld, which has been... erhm, on second thought, we'd better leave that part out ;)

Since the map has been reversed, you will probably find the old start area of the map, which is now the end, somewhat cramped. There was a challenge to make that interesting, so instead of having the level end with an empty intro level - which has btw been merged into the main level - you will get to fight in that one too in order to give the entire level an interesting end. Confusing I know, so don't spend too long thinking about it. Just go and kick some ass and have some fun! :)

PS: !Minor spoiler! I guess you can avoid the final fight and just head for the exit. But can you really live with the shame of being a coward?

  5. Demons of Problematique

A short trip through hell, set on by a classic Doom story. Originally intended as just a Boom compatible level, I got a little carried away with it, especially the ending credits\scenes. It carries in at over 10 Mb because of the ambient sounds used... so turn off any music you have playing, turn up the volume on other music in ZDoom and enjoy! If you want to know your kill percentage, secrets found and playing time, wait until after the ending credits. This will run under GZDoom provided it supports ZDoom r538's features, but some lighting will look strange or too dark, no matter what setting.

  6. Ebola: 32 Ways to Die

Ebola made a TC called Hyena, so I thought it would only be fitting for me to make a Doom Project with his name on it. Essentially, this is just a fun collection of 32 badly-detailed levels, geared towards making the player die. Note: Most levels automatically exit after you die, so don't hit the space bar or you'll start the level over again. A few bugs do exist, so if you end up waiting a long time after dying, just hit space and try again. Note #2: MAP30 does not have an exit. Presumably you will just die. It's possible to survive, though. If you get stuck, that's why.

  8. Deatch Incarnate

An abandoned base hidden in a cave. Abandoned? What's that, hiding in the gloom...?

  9. DTCA - Map 19 - Master Lift Access

This map has taken me an extremly long time to make. It is basically a tech based map with many strange new uses for scripting. It is my first fully deathmatch compatable map, if you don't mind large maps.

  11. Doomworld Forums 3

This WAD tells the true story of what REALLY happened in the recent episode at the NewDooM forums. My sources are infallible, so don't even try to dismiss any of this as false, because it is the cold, hard truth and it will hit you like a speeding bus in the middle of a rainy night. It's that powerful.

  12. Do It Again

Whoever thought reincarnation would send you back to the same people? Well, life still isn't worth it.

Do it again. Maybe this time you'll get lucky.

Dissolution is a 7 map side story to project slipgate. *New version with no misaligned textures*

  14. Downhell

Map 28 has been replaced by one challenging map. Also, I have placed an uv-max demo, made by Heretic, in the archive. Do you have any time when Hell goes down? Could you fight against Hellspawn?

  15. Elegy for them Vigil

A sequel to my previous map Ode of Resurrection, Elegy is a nonlinear "tech base being turned into an outpost of hell"-themed map.

Notes: 1) This is by design a dimly lit map, so either play it in a dark room to avoid backlightning on the monitor, or be ready to crank up your gamma 2) No jumping allowed...except for That One Thing...

  16. Deimos: The Fallen Citadel

A short 5 Levels mapset for Doom II. Meant to be a "Shareware Version" of my project "Another 32 over 32".

  17. The Horror Collection

One level for boom compatible and limit removing ports. PrBoom-Plus or GZDoom are recommended. Some DEHACKED stuff is taken from talented mapper Erik Alm. This is only the first level in the planned series of horror maps. To be continued...

To play this PWAD file, unzip it into the directory with your PWADs then start: glboom-plus.exe -file eden.wad -complevel 9; (g)zdoom.exe -file eden.wad

  18. The Eye

A fairly tough single map with a circular layout and moments of mild carnage

  19. Dimensions

5 maps designed for PrBoom+ complevel 9. Play on HNTR or HMP. I spent the vast majority of time working on HNTR and HMP for maps 01-03. UV is an extra special difficulty that most likely only I will find fun.

Maps31 and 32: These two maps are special bonus maps. Only UV is implemented for Map31. Map32 has HNTR, HMP, and UV implemented but I recommend almost everyone play HNTR on Map32.

Difficulty descriptions: HNTR: I dont really play slaughter/I rarely play slaughter

HMP: I like slaughter maps but it definitely isnt my primary focus.

UV: I love going up against overwhelming odds, fighting tens (sometimes hundreds) of cybs/viles at a time, pain elemental swarms, Reality category of speedrunning.

Due to the nature of these maps I recommend playing with infinite height off in ZDoom based ports due to the flying monster behavior mixed with high ceilings. These maps were designed for PrBoom+ cl9 which has vanilla flying monster behavior.

Because of my mapping preferences play in software mode for best visual results!

  20. Nebula 95: Drown Stone

(cc4-tex.wad required!) The level was made for the Secret Santa Imitation project, led by Brian "Snakes" Knox. It is a small and tough map meant to imitate the style of Stuart "Forty-Two/stewboy" Rynn. Included in the zip is a postmortem I wrote for the project.

  21. Miscellaneous Mayhem

Three small/medium sized maps I once made for two different projects. Given the size I thought these three maps would go well together and will make the download more worth the time. I've been putting more work into these maps lately, making them play even better and should offer you a more enjoyable experience. The most work has gone into map01 where I've removed a large chunk of the map to create something better and make the map much more fun to play. I think the maps all have a very good layout and the first two offer alot of non linearity. Hopefully these maps are a blast to play on Death Match too, as I've been focusing more on that too. Gameplay should be somewhat challenging at certain times, but I'm guessing most players will not experience too many problems. I just tried my best to improve on these maps and make them play much better, and I think all three are as best as I can get them. Anyway have fun, hope you enjoy these as much as I have been creating them. Happy Dooming.

  22. Da Will

A first wad from B0S (Best Of Survivors) clan. The B0S clan has sent you on the task to find out what happened to "Object 33", with which the contact has been lost. It is located in remote district of the Central America so be prepared for a tough way.

  23. Dark7

7 dark, nightmare1 texture bases. This is a fixed version of the old dark7. Fix includes: Better texture alignment, fixed map01 glitch were you can't jump out of the water near the cargo loading area, removed the double mod07 lumps, and various other fixes.

A single player level for ZDoom.

  25. Demon Eclipse: Episodes 1 and 2

This Package includes the completely updaded version of Demon Eclipse Epsisode 1 as well as the all new episode two. The Mode features a host of new monsters, weapons, and other graphics I made. Almost all the original Doom weapons are completely redrawn from scratch to make the weapons look consistent. Features 24 new monsters (although not all used yet) With many more to come. 18 new weapons and/or revamps, 10 of which designed especially for episode 2. A Host of new Items and Powerups.

This is planned to be a 5 episode mod, a total of 30 maps. Each episode is designed to stand out on it's own, although continuating the original Story. Each Episode will have it's own weapons, monsters, and theme, designed for a new gaming experience with each episode.

NOTE: You will need to run GZdoom using OPEN GL mode, not software.

In recent years, general opinon of MM seemed to move towars negative, moreso than any other classic 90's megawad. It's nice to see it recieve some positive attention and even though I'm not exactly a reviewer, I figured I'd join in. Aside from couple rough maps, it remains a great experience today. Generally good and varied vanilla visuals with beautiful highlights like Maps 05, 13, 14 and 21, certainly helped by some great, really cool custom textures, which fit in with the classic ones incredibly well, much better than any other 90's custom stuff (aside from Eternal Doom, but that's a completely different aesthetic). The maps are quite varied without the whole thing becoming incosistent/all over the place and the variety really helps blaze through the whole thing. In comparison, while I prefer MM2 in terms of individual levels, it has a ton of long or similar maps back to back, which can get tiring and take much longer to geth through. Another aspect of MM I really like is some really, unique and fun design choices, or even whole map designs that you don't see much these days for some reason. The Innocent Crew's maps especially are very creative in fun and refreshing ways. Incredibly underrated mappers. Literally everyone knows this already, but Mark Klem's music is amazing.

This could've been one of the first 32 level megawads that I played after completing the base games. I've played many more since then, and I can honestly say, for a megawad dating back to 1996, it still holds up brilliantly against a lot of modern wads.    Also @DoomGuy999, about that criticism about maps being coop exclusive... "Most levels were made for co-op play, all levels are playable alone as well."   Not exactly sure what you were expecting after having an explicit statement right there.

This is a fine map with a lot of work put in it. I really liked the attention to details and the overall atmosphere of the map. The intended  path is a bit hard to decipher at times, but it ends on a high note.

I don't hate it. It's simple and easy, but also clearly designed instead of just slapped together, even if the author is a beginner mapper from the mid-90s.

A neat older megaWAD that was made predominately for co-op play:   From the readme:   "Most levels were made for co-op play, all levels are playable alone as well."   It clearly states this, but some people seem confused by this fact, somehow.   Plays just fine in SP, and is how I've played it the three times I've gone through it now.   Yes, it shows its age a bit in 2024, but what WAD from this era doesn't? Features a great soundtrack, too.   Easy 4/5, even in the current climate.
