  1. Proxyon Military Base

Proxyon Military Base was built on the planet Andromeda in the Alpha Cruxus system, known as Summer Row because of the five Earth-type worlds that orbit this G-type sun at comfortable distances. The whole system is possibly the richest non-mineral system in the galaxy.

  2. APOCOLYPSE *OR* KILLEM UP, YUM (v1.0)

This is just another one of those lame arena things. I noticed how most of them don't really stick to the arena part, so I took a shot at it. You can watch the war at different views.

  5. Quad Wads - Doom / Ultimate Doom version

All three of these wads are designed the same; one for Doom 1, one for Doom 2, and one for Heretic. It is a fast paced level that usually results in a lot of frags. The layout of the walls and transporters is identical in all three levels so if you learn one, you've learned them all. After many hours of,... ah,... "testing", we've found that this is one of the best layouts for deathmatch play.

  6. PRINCTN1.WAD

This level was built using the actual floorplans of part of Wilson College, a dorm complex at Princeton University. The design features two large courtyards along with many of the dark hallways found in the buildings here. The dining hall is a particularly unpleasant area (both in this wad file and in reality.) For those familiar with Princeton, the buildings included are Clapp Hall, 1938 Hall, and Wilcox Hall.

  10. Rock-it.wad

Welcome to Rock-it.wad, the second edit of Rocket.wad. Like the first, it is a big, fast, obnoxious, deathmatch map, intended to be used WITH THE FEW MONSTERS IT CONTAINS, which slots into the E1M1 position.

  12. RUNLKHL2.WAD

The second version of my first WAD. Designed for single player, multiple player or Deathmatch modes, easy, medium or hard. Looks much like a Castle, complete with moats, dungeons, secret passages, temples, and even an open pit mine where they obviously got all of that green marble (and there is a lot of green marble). I added a section at the end which seems to me to be well designed for deathmatch, but I didn't get around to putting the deathmatch startpoints there. It is a very large wad and could drag at times on slower machines. I fixed the problem with the first version in the temple where there seemed to be invisible walls, it was actually dead bodies hanging from the ceiling. You couldn't see them but they still blocked your movements.

  14. reunion 01

The UAC had sent 5 teams to see if anything on the old Phobos bases could be salvaged. There was still top secret projects untouched by the demons deep within the base. 4 of the 5 teams sent there had reported good results, one diddnt report back at all. They were sent to the east wing of the Toxin Refinery to poke around and see if there was any sign of hells forces still about. They just dissapeared. The phone rings at 6:am, nobody calls this early unless....shit! You finally pick up after 25 or so rings, it must have been important. Once you heard the generals voice you diddnt even let him finish and just grabbed a side arm and headed to base to board a transfer ship to the south east wing of the toxin refinery and see what happened to team #5 and report back to UAC. This is just an intorduction to a series of levels that will not require a new port, just good ol' fashioned raw doom. Happy hunting...

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this is a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
