  1. SERENITY v2.0

This set of 8 levels has been made with the word quality in mind. It's Mind here, not Muscles! Many days and weeks have gone into testing, designing and fine-tuning. Although this isn't a hack&kill kind of level, you will get your share of bloody action (especially when playing "Ultraviolent"). Some of the levels may be a breeze, others may be a real pain in the *ss. But remember one thing: YOU DON'T HAVE TO USE THE CHEATS!!! There are a few very though places, but they can be done. When it seems you can't get around them without using the cheats, you may be doing it the wrong way and/or you may have missed one or more (valuable!) hidden rooms (which contain power-ups, weapons and/or ammo). Hidden rooms, by the way, can always be recognized in some way (different texture, different light-level, etc.). To give you a rough estimation of how long it will take you to finish this level: it took us more than half an hour to finish SERENITY on "Hurt Me Plenty". But then again: we know them inch by inch...

You must infiltrate UAC-HQ, and find the main computer center to get the access codes for a shuttle so that you can get off Earth. (See the full story in UAC-HQ.TXT) (Also see the play notes in UAC-HQ.TXT)

I think you're gonna like this one. Ladders. No, really. A level map with blinking indicators. Mayhem. Destruction. Plot twists. Air ducts. Vents. Secrets. Suspense.

  4. STATIONX.WAD Ver 2.0

The genetic experiments at the Universal Acme Corp. have gotten out of hand. You must clean up the mess, find the computer control central, shut it down and destroy it. This wad shows off many of the neat things DOOM can do. This is a polished wad with NO HOM and full alignments. Plenty of ammo and weapons if you use the right strategy. This level is designed for strategy and playability. Watch out for traps! You WILL be killed the first time through! Full support for single, multi-player and deathmatch.

  5. Tripwire

This is my 2nd .WAD file and I feel it's tons better than my first. In this one, you better have the sound effects on to hear all the doors opening somewhere where you're not. Again, even with the cheat codes, not counting the No Clipping Code, you may have a tough time of it. And at the hardest level don't even think of killing all the monsters on the ammo I supplied you. There are some traps, but I don't think there's any place that you can't get out of.

  6. Ultimate

This is a group of nine made from scratch levels for Doom. Most every level has about 200 sectors and an average of 25 sector tags. I tried to line up the graphics as well as possible so everything looks like IDs. Everything is unpegged or offset so it looks good.

  7. Ultima 1

This .WAD file was created based on the Ultima Underworld The Stygian Abyss (Copyright Origin 1992). The level is quite big and my best time for completion is around 22 min. I'm sure with practice you can easily beat that. I've taken the time to implement the difficulty levels so try them all (Ultra-Violence for the full effect!) Hope you have as much fun playing as I did in making/play-testing it. Feel free to manipulate the level in any way you want as long as you give original credit where credit is due (namely to ME!!!). This was my first real attempt at making a Doom level so I'm not really sure if you'll find it as interesting/fun to play as i did. Sometimes the monsters have a mind of their own and will be in a different place each time you play it so don't expect them to be around that same corner each time.

This WAD is a representation of the Uni of Southern Queensland refec/library/thingo builing in which i spend most of my time. Yay! Now i can go places no student has been before. Ideal deathmatch wad if opponents can agree to stick to certain areas (ie. Don't hide out and be scardey-cats).

  14. THE SPACE SHIP

This is a level for E1L1 made like a space ship.

The theme is Aliens, and really needs the alien sound effects and graphics loaded to get the full affect of the level. They can be found on most share point where Doom utils are (alien101.zip includes sounds, graphics and 9 new levels).

The story line is you were called in to exterminate the Aliens onboard a Marine scout ship that was infected from contact with escape pod from a prison barge.

Special note: You can go out into space, in this level, but no one can hear you screem...

  16. Siege 2.0

A HUGE improvement over Siege 1.0 Your mission, whether or not you choose to accept it, is to infiltrate the castle and maintain control of it. Intelligence suggests a strong outside contingent, but no significant defense on the inside. Your main obstacle will be rival infiltrators... You will NOT be given reinforcements. Good luck. Good-bye.

  24. Space Marine Training Facility V2.0

The leaders of the Federation anticipating the possibility of an assult by the Denziens of Hell have constructed a training facility. The facility has been stocked with all weapons and plenty of ammo to train a marine in the use of various firepower. The Federation has also simulated, to the best of their knowledge, various beasts. Little is known about the creatures, so there might be more formidable foes awaiting in the real attack. The facitlity was built on the premise that 4 marines could simulate battle with each other, because the limited knowledge of the beasts makes for them to be rather predictable opponents.

This is version 2.0 of my TRAINING.WAD. I modified it a little for the new respawning items in Deathmatch 2.0. I also added a few Multi-only items and a couple more monsters. Nothing special.

  25. SNIPE99.ZIP (snipe99.wad, snip99e.txt, snipe99.lmp)

This level was originally a small deathmatch concept, but needed some additions to improve playability. This level is moderate in size and has been designed for 2 Player Deathmatch. It also plays well as a one player episode. There are a few hidden doors, but they should be easy to spot. Two teleporters. A hidden exit, but it is revealed fairly easily. Monsters are copious in UV, and there is a spiderdemon. Not too tough to get though, because of the location. View the .lmp to see basically the entire level in UV. (Apologize for my performance as I only had the keyboard at the time) (doom -playdemo sniper99 -file sniper99.wad) Comments, criticisms very welcome.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.

What the actual f*ck is this map. I love having 4 rockets, a shit ton of bullets and like 10 shotgun shells to take out a revenant, and whatever was in that cage. Doesn't look too bad, maybe this negativity is cus im no expert, also rather unskilled at the game?

thank god Underhalls was the map that followed this mod as that level was able to remind me what actually competent level design looks like.

Not that bad, even kind of interesting find the secrets in the map! But yeah, that switches jungle is a awful choice really.
