All new levels from scratch Build Time 20 Months, It all started in Feb 1998 It was originally designed for Final DOOM TNT episode but I got hogged by people to convert it to Doom2.<br><br> Editor(s) used Doomcad v6.1, Deth v4.16b, Wintex v4.1, BSP 2.3 and 3.0<br><br> Known Bugs What bugs!, these levels are id quallity, none in the levels.<br><br> 1. Demos Sync out for no reason like the player shoots wrongly because of an Enemy shot you at a different time of the recording, ignore that because thats unavoidable.<br><br> 2. Wont run with old Doom2.exe, see above. I was forced to delete original sprites under my first upload. If I didn't delete them It would have been fine.<br><br> 3. I hate Sargents!, so they are all around the place!.

Zone 2 music. Me and 2 other guys are doing the levels, Kristian
Aro and I modified one of Chris Harbins old levels.
Also plan to get a better version of the Twilight Zone 1 out in the
future which will improve challenge, etc.

Description
Get ready for a 30+ level journey into hell where you must destroy Johnny boy and
obtain the tome of darkness and eternity via Ethereal travel ports.
The Twilight Zone II: Final Dreams is a 32 level replacement for id software's
game, DOOM II: Hell on Earth. This is a sequel to my first Twilight Zone
episode. This version is much more better than The Twilight Zone 1 and
contains a couple of new enemies, The Iron lich ripped from shareware Heretic and works well,
The Baby Cyberdemon who fires a chaingun 4 times faster than a Chaingunner's and
a SS-Nazi spectre who is rarely found.
YOU MUST READ CAREFULLY
This WAD was built to run under a source port like BOOM or ZDOOM. This WONT run under normal
DOOM2.EXE or DOOM95 unless you join the wad into DOOM2.WAD using wintex and patch TZ2.DEH into
the .exe using dehacked. All as you will get is Projectsprites and other crashes to DOS.
YOU MUST USE TZ2.DEH TO RUN THE TWILIGHT ZONE 2 PROPERLY or all you will get is burning
barrels all around the place.
YOU NEED ABOUT 20 MEGS OF HARD DRIVE SPACE TO RUN THIS ADDON
IT IS STRONGLY RECOMENDED TO USE TZ2.DEH
To run type this at the DOS prompt
BOOM -iwad c:\doom2 -file c:\doom2\twzone2.wad -deh c:\doom2\tz2.deh or
ZDOOM -iwad c:\doom2 -file c:\doom2\twzone2.wad -deh c:\doom2\tz2.deh
WHATS NEW TO THE TWILIGHT ZONE 2
-Ability to kill hanging torsos and impaled bodies, blow up trees
(which stupididly slide around the place like something wierd), etc.
-You can shoot a green pedestal or whatever and you can move it to allow
you to clear a path, etc. See level 27.
-New Ambient sounds like wind and rocks
-More realistic sounds
-All new music written by me
-All new story line
-New weapons, HexeN fist and Ejaculator
-New enemies include heretic's Iron Lich, Sargent Spectres and a Baby Cyberdemon
-Enemies about 20-40% tougher to kill
-Cheat codes have been changed exept IDMUSxx.
