Story : Suddenly, you are in an octagonal room.
"Where am I?" is your first thought. The
hung bodies remind you of the story: last night
UAC forced you to go to an Outpost of Hell
situated somewhere on Earth and your boss
had to give you narcotic. So, while you were
sleeping, UAC sent you to this Outpost. Are
you ready to kill monsters or are you still
Notes : 1) You need ZDoom in order to run perfectly
this level. It doesn't contain any
feature of ZDoom (in fact, it was
designed for Doom 2), but if you want
to save your game, you must run it with ZDoom,
otherwise you'll get a crash!
2) This is my first BIG map. It is the biggest
one I have ever made. It will take you more
than one hour to play it to the end.
3) The map is quite dark and some areas are very
dark in order to look more characteristic. I
admit that the "Red Area" may look a bit gaudy,
but I made the whole of it red to mark the
passage from a relatively easy area to a
4) I developed this level characterizing it
with many different motives and themes:
ruins, catacombs, the "Red Underground Area",
little temples, technology and
refuelling bases, courtyards, the sewer
5) Since it was originally designed for Doom
and not for ZDoom, remember that JUMPING IS
6) This is the 1.2 version. If an error is found,
I will upgrade the .wad and upload
the new version on Internet.
7) Probably I will make other maps of this
kind like sequels.
8) In this level there are also some new special
features: there are two rooms which are very
dangerous if you enter them (it's impossible
to survive there!) and there is even a
dangerous teleport: if you use it, you will
be in deep trouble! So be careful!
9) Very often, secret rooms are located next to
dangerous areas. So if you have problems to
overcome a difficulty, look for secret
rooms; there will be some ammo, weapons,
medikit or something else.
10) There is a simple way to defeat easily the
Cyberdemon. Can you find it?
11) Why aren't you playing yet?!
