[1] How to play SCIENTIST
(briefly tells you how to use SCI.wad)
-------------------------------------------------------------
[1a] Using windows:
I assume you have by now downloaded "SCI.zip" and
unzipped it into your DooM2 directory. Now simply
dubble on click "SCI_SETUP" to complete the wad
and it will be ready to use!
(if you don't run the setup the game will crash
at some points.)
You can now use "SCI.wad" as any other wad.

[1b] Using MSDOS:
I assume you have by now downloaded "SCI.zip" and
unzipped it into your DooM2 directory.
In this directory type:
deusf -app sci.wad
After the wad is completed you can run it by typing
doom2 -file sci.wad
in your doom2 directory

[4] Story:
It is written in the Holy Bible:
"Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that
the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. [...]
They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us.

but their going showed that none of them belonged to us."

wheather they are from God, because many false prophets have
gone into the world"

Any such person is the Deceiver and the Antichrist."

In the year 2055 it is clear to mankind who the deceivers are
that John spoke of in his Apocalypse.
For some hundred years they have revealed themselfs in great numbers.
Their numbers kept growing and so did the number of their followers.
They said they were just ordinairy people but they do not fully believe
in the way of God. They only believe in their way.
These spirits cannot be trusted. They falsly claim their way is the path to
true knowledge and call this false prophecy SCIENCE.
Many of these deceivers are among us now. Any one of them is
the Deceiver and the Antichrist who calls himself SCIENTIST.
*NOTE*: Please do not take this story to seriously;
There is no quarrel between Science and God
(since one of them does not exist).

[5] How to play SCIENTIST (the long version)
(the same explanation as under Chapter 1 only longer)
The SCIENTIST wad file (SCI.wad) can be found on "SCIENTIST.2YA.COM"
-goto the download page and click on download
-put the zip file in your DOOM2 directory
-unzip it into your DOOM2 directory
-After unzipping SCI.zip these files will have
been added to your DOOM2 directory:
SCI.wad
SCI_SETUP.bat
SCI.txt
DEUSF.exe
DEUTEXMAN6.txt
-"SCI.wad" is not complete (has to do with legal stuff). To complete the wad
you will have to run "SCI_SETUP.bat". This can be done in windows or MSDOS.
windows: dubble on click "SCI_SETUP". A windows will pop up which
after a few seconds it tells you the wad is complete. The wad is
now complete and ready to use.
If your using Doom95 (Doom2 for windows) just start up
doom95 and select "SCI.wad" at the top right of the window.
MSDOS: type:
deusf -app sci.wad
After some time DOS will tell you the wad is complete. The wad is
now complete and ready to use.
You can run it by typing:
doom2 -file sci.wad

[6] Notes
*NOTE 1*: SCI.wad (or any of the other unzipped files) will not alter you original
doom2.wad or doom2.exe; using SCIENTIST is perfectly safe.
*NOTE 2*: If you give me PROPER credit you may use whatever you want from this wad.
