About This File

35 Levels for Zdoom, Plus 5 secret levels. Each level has all new challenges awaiting you. Plenty of use of the features in Zdoom like stealth enemies. There are also some new enemies capable of peforming the most unexpected tricks. There is no scripting this wad because I havent figured it out. The new enemies are a Spectre in one of the secret levels and a deadly floating Romero head. The five Secret levels like the two secret levels in the original Bella are all stunning. There is also a practice level included. Many styles of maps are included, from base to hellish to spaceship.

looks like some people got a big e-peen right now. congrats to the kool kidz. anyhow, what i see here is something not unlike HR2. they're insanely difficult, most of them. the gameplay is good for those that like an intense challenge, and it appears that each map is designed to be played as if it were the first level. i rate it a 3/5, because i feel that this is extremely unpolished, although the gameplay, if you spawn fresh on every level, is brilliantly hard.

A bit shit, frankly. No real sense of consistency between maps, with tonnes of awful design choices and some really lazy stuff.

Original, difficult, and with great gameplay. Paul's style is distinctive, and you will either like it or not. This get's a good 4/5 from me.

I expected better from Paul and Chris. This is absolute crap. The architecture befits their well-deserved reputations, their talent, but it appears to have been playtested by a drunken hobo who's never played Doom before. Gameplay is inconsistent and incoherent, flying from hard to piss easy not only between levels, but actually within levels themselves. Playing it felt utterly pointless. There was no sense of accomplishment at all.

Quite bad. Not only is this a semi-ripoff of Massmouth2 (and it shows) for levels by Paul Corfiatis and Chris Hansen these are quite bad. The final showdown sucked the levels are to easy. And technically not really worth playing. -Dron

This is NOT awesome! At best its OK. Plain, bland even boring at times. I've noticed authors seem to be less interested in gameplay and more interested in getting their name on the web these days... my score... 2-5

3/5. There are some good maps and other poorish maps. The balance could use work in areas. OTOH, some of the maps are pretty nice. Especially those by Chris. Rips off massm2 in spots, but it's experimental. And it's the definition of "mixed bad". Play WOS for some true quality Dooming.

At least it's somewhat decent for a jokewad... But as a serious megawad, it's crap.

I actually think this is quite worth the download. Yes, it seems a bit of a dissapointment for a megawad by Paul and Chris, but there are a number of levels, including all four of Chris's levels, that are really quite good, if some are a bit on the small side. Chris's four maps (22, 25, 28, 31) are my favorite, worth the download for alone IMO. But also look at Maps 4, 6, 9-12, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 26, 27, 29, 30, 32, and 33; those are well made, if some are really short. 3.5(4)/5

Pretty cool except for the gay stealth monsters. If those weren't in it, I'd have given it a 5/5. The Massmouth 2 music was a nice touch for the levels that used it.

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
