About This File

these were made for the Doom Wad Station project. but that megawad has made a huge change of direction, so these maps aren't really valid anymore. still, they are the best maps i've made thus far, so i desided i should release them in their own package. sense this also happened to be a 3 map wad, like my last release, i thought that maybe they should have a similiar name. anyway, hope you enjoy!

I'll agree with the person who agreed with the fact that this level is cool. For those of you that don't agree with the agreeable in a certain agreement, vote. 5/24/07

Three levels from August 2004. The design has lots of clever touches; map01 is a short techdungeon with some nice lights, map02 is in hell, with some good bubbly sound effects (marred by a cavern where the monsters are prevented from attacking you by an invisible line, and a rubbish spider battle). Map03 is one of those "dead simple"-type arenas, fun but surprisingly short and easy. I ended up running past all the monsters and finished it on my first go in a minute.

It was a short, sweet map. Excellent level design, plenty of ammo, the monster placement was great and the music was good too. 5/5

Very nice wad, very short but kind of fun to play. No particular difficulty on HMP, and map03 is surely too short, too easy, too... in fact, being able to run though the enemies without having the need to kill them isn't the best idea you got, I guess. Overall excellent architecture and detailing, a solid wad. Maybe lacks a bit of fantasy, as everything is sooo "clean" that some players will complain about what could be seen as a professional, cold design. 4/5.

Wow. Beautiful architecture, lighting and texturing. Great quake'ish mood. Very short, but gameplay is nice - well balanced ammo. I usually don't listen to people who urge me to do something, but ok poster above, 5/5 :) -- Brun Ohn

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.

What the actual f*ck is this map. I love having 4 rockets, a shit ton of bullets and like 10 shotgun shells to take out a revenant, and whatever was in that cage. Doesn't look too bad, maybe this negativity is cus im no expert, also rather unskilled at the game?

thank god Underhalls was the map that followed this mod as that level was able to remind me what actually competent level design looks like.

Not that bad, even kind of interesting find the secrets in the map! But yeah, that switches jungle is a awful choice really.

A basic and nice looking showroom type of map where monsters are trapped inside glass prisons, no exit and no way to play this with any modern source Port like DSDA-Doom and GZDoom, but works really well in Crispy Doom. It was a pleasant experience.
