About This File

Two maps, one of which I made in about a week, and another which took about two years to actually finish (I rarely worked on it). both of the maps generally have a gothic/quakeish theme.

Extraordinary detail but the lost souls in the earlier sections made this frustrating and irritating.

Great archetecture. Shitty ammo to monster placement. Obviously meant to be played by Doomers who NEVER miss a shot EVER. You get a zero and your wad has been deleted from my HDD never to show it's ugly face again. PS Sorry if I sound harsh but I'm having a bad week anyway.

Beatifully made, but requires playing with surgical precision. Rather for skilled doomers - I gave up (at the four mancubi and archvile room) and typed iddqd. Even if shoot them - no chance with three cacogoatsedemons. So, it's cool, but I like more beatable maps. 4/5, coz design is cool. And music too. -- Brun Ohn

One of the best wads i've seen. I love the brown cacos! and the mix with the monsters resource pack was great. 5/5- Moti

Great maps! Sweet architecture and the gameplay is also superbe (No matter what others say!). The monster placement is good and the traps really dangerous (It took me ages to beat the 3Cacolichs!). Nice use of the monsters from the monster resource wad btw. 5 stars for this great 2-level-set. Vader

Very nice! I noticed the music from the Unreal Tournament games, which I thought went well. I loved how the author applied the new monsters from ZDoom.org (the same kind from the ZDoom Community Map Project). I really like the artitecture as well. The only problems were that were was a HOM (hall-of-mirrors) glitch after the first elevator scene in the second level. Also it got nearly impossible near the end (with the mancubi and archvile, and the cacoliches). But great job, however. 4/5

Pretty good. A lot of repetive elements in both texturing and architecture. Altough many slopes, that enhanced the visuals. The dark sky and too bright sky light is also an issue IMO :) 4 stars however for the ammount of work put into it. -NMN

One of the classic megawads, and the successor to TNT Evilution. I've played this several times over the years, and its grown on me more with each play as my tastes mature.   Still has a bunch of maps that got me killed in 2024, after ive finished stuff like HR and AV, and plenty of maps are memorable. Only real downsides is some of the levels have little content, showing its age.

One of the earliest Doom user maps and It shows. Despite the raw and empty design, the author take a good use of 3D space creating a small fortress surrounded by mountains, the level Is fun to play and not hard. A fancy escapade and a piece of modding history.

Third and final released map of a WIP episode by David Rager, it's more long, complex and hard than the previous entries in the series. A well made map with pretty challenging parts with a mix of monster usage, envoirnmental hazards and some puzzle gameplay. Fun but pretty harsh.

Two more misplaced DM maps without a exit like QUDOOM (that at least had a exit room, while not functional) that caught me by their file name and leave me for the bad experience in SP. Chicken is just a long bridge between a thundering abyss where cyberdemons wants to destroy you, meh. Gangstar is a more fun map sets in a big, abstract warehouse where a cyberdemon roam free trying to kill you, shotgunners and lost souls are here in this Hell corner adding more pain to the thing, enforced by semi-hidden mazes, my favorite.

This is like the physical version of the "we have X at home" meme in DM map format for Quake E1M1. Very poorly made, broken exit and missing textures here and there but at least the level KINDA resembles the original source somehow.
