About This File

A new DOOM II PWAD adventure by Guy Stockie. Good quality game. Works best with a 486-66 or better. Nevertheless, be prepaird to die, Earth Scum....

Excellent ruined city, very good use of color with a plenty of juicy SSG action. Didn't have to look for the secrets btw... (found only soulsphere)

"Be prepaird to die" it says. I had pericarditis a while back - an alarming but non-serious chest condition - and I genuinely thought that I had suffered a heart attack, and that I was going to die. I have come to the conclusion that there is no way to rationalise or deal with the inevitable fact of one's own death, except to remember that you will not know you are dead. The level itself is actually extremely good fun for 1994.

Fun level. Be advised that the secrets are unusually difficult to find, and that you can't complete the level without finding at least some of them.

To above poster: Sorry for leaving the copyright infos in the template. The upload was done, when i was still something like a newbie in wad-uploading. Nowadays i put either the original info in that passage or delete it completely. I uploaded zip and textfile with that part deleted. Greetings Funduke

Chaotic and very carelessly built 1994 map with a few nice moments, but its technical problems are horrible. For example the huge HOM which appears at the start when the platform lowers... At most 3* at that time.

How come this map cannot be used as the basis for modifications or reuse? I created this PWAD and therefore I'm IP owner and I say it has a OpenBSD license.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.

What the actual f*ck is this map. I love having 4 rockets, a shit ton of bullets and like 10 shotgun shells to take out a revenant, and whatever was in that cage. Doesn't look too bad, maybe this negativity is cus im no expert, also rather unskilled at the game?

thank god Underhalls was the map that followed this mod as that level was able to remind me what actually competent level design looks like.

Not that bad, even kind of interesting find the secrets in the map! But yeah, that switches jungle is a awful choice really.
