Obviously a ton of work went into this, and the result, while not flawless, certainly didn't dissapoint me. If you like Sonic and you like Doom, you can't do much better than this.

Outstanding effort, can't complain much, aside from a rather unfortunate slowdown on a later level...

favorite. wad. EVAH! Favorite video-gaming experience for that matter. Played it through over 10+ times, getting something new out of it each and every single play-through 10^infinity out of 5 stars!!!

I would say that this wad had some good maps designs 4 out of 5 at best. Some maps had some weird hard-to-move-around parts like those target bosses in the sky. Yeah those things were very tedious. I loved the window effects you did. I also see you used the transfer heights technique to make deep water, it would be better if you used the 3d floors to make water and bridges, that would look better. 4 out of 5 stars

No. This doesn't work out the way many thinks it does. It's tedious, boring and the levels are big and ugly. Cacoward? Why on earth would it get? 1/5

Jeez! The people who just call this wad "downright crap" obviously haven't played it through all the way, or are idiots! Anyways, this wad is extremely detailed from the lettering on buildings and doors, anti-gravity, fog, swimming, etc. Unlike classic doom, you actually feel like you're in a reactor or hellish temple. My only gripe is that one room in level 28 slows down a lot, but since you can simply "noclip" around that, I don't mind. I give it a spirited 5 out of 5!

EPIC MEGAWAD did this get a cacoward? It deserves one! There is only 2 downsides. A. The bos in the mines level that raises the water couldnt be shot after the water was fully raised and B. THere isnt a sequel. THERE NEEDS TO BE A SEQUEL! Amazingly it runs along a timeline with fragport but the same bad forces throught the saga. I wanna give it 20/5 :D A must have for everyone!

Grabbed file/doesn't work well. Placed files into C:\DOOMS\zdoom-2.5 .0\ what do I get? A single "SONIC" banner page and nothing else new or different. It would be nice if this WAD really worked.

Ambitious, but basing a mod that almost entirely revolves around jumping in ZDoom is one of the worst ideas anyone could have ever had. Terrible, terrible dialogue and repetitious target-based bosses that are colossal speed humps only lower enjoyment further and detract significantly from the occasional flash of brilliance. 1/5

Given the amount of work that went into this, it's actually rather sad that it is absolutely no fun to play. The whole concept is an outright failure, with some rather desperate attempts to salvage the train-wreck with large-scale battles, "bosses" and "challenges" that only serve to prolong the agony. TUD should have abandoned this project at an early stage, as soon as he realized he was onto a loser. And he did realize that, surely?!

Just ignore the horrendous moving platforms that don't pull you along with them, and maybe edit the dialogue, and replace the boss and pre-boss music with their Jet Force Gemini equivalents, and you have an excellent wad. As far as the target-based bosses, they were repetitive and annoying, but the volcano one was actually entertaining. 4/5

Really good puzzle map in a big dark metal/stone building. It catches the atmosphere of Bob Evans' Eternal Doom stuff, and I think there are even some homages to some other Eternal Doom maps as well (for example, the big two-layered outdoor area looks a bit like the "amusement park" in MAP26).   In my experience the puzzles were a bit easier than in "Silures" or "Excalibur", but it's possible that having played a lot of puzzle map stuff since I played Eternal Doom, having played through the whole canon of Bob Evans and Jim Flynn, and liking to search for Doom secrets in every map has made me recognize certain tropes better. The puzzles I liked most were (the spoilers only give minor hints):
Gameplay is good too, at the start ammo is scarce so the chainsaw and berserk are your friend, and midtiers say hello from the start on, but hitscanners are the biggest threat. Rockets should be saved for archviles until you find the first larger cache.   9,5/10

Fun, challenging set of maps that looks much better than you might expect for the time it was made. These maps will still slap you around a bit on HMP if you're not staying sharp. The author is fond of Chaingunner ambushes which keep you on your toes. I didn't find the SSG until around MAP05, which was cool, I like when its not given out too early. Pistol-starting the last two maps is pretty tough, but doable.   The map designs do a really good job of letting the player see crucial areas from different angles through progression and the layouts are really tidy overall, and feel a bit more modern than a lot of other 94/95 maps I've played. There are some really nice large-scale vistas (like the start of MAP06), nice uses of verticality and a good mixture of tight and more open combat.   Recommended!

Spectacular visuals and engaging combat make this an absolute must play. There's a puzzle with a "Shoot the thing" answer that kind of comes out of left field and can be an easy place to get stuck if you're not on your toes, but that hardly stops the map from being a thrilling masterpiece.

E3M9's refrain of back-tracking to a church for keys is a little tedious, and there are a few moments where things can become a frustrating key/switch hunt as you figure out what to do next, but aside from that, this an intense and rewarding adventure with beautiful lighting and architecture.
