A busted crock of shit. The map is random scribble, it's insane.  Why do they upload this tripe?  The third screenshot above gives an idea what to expect.

You've only to look at the map to see how fucked up this is. A check shows 54 crossing linedefs and 15 stuck actors in Map01 alone! Impossible to play unless in god mode and no clip, and I found no exits. Do these people ever play their own levels? Some reviewers gave it 5 stars as a joke.

This map caused me real(!) discomfort when looking at the error part.

map02 doesn't run with zdoom but map01 was fucked up enough to keep me satisfied for a while. :P ****-MasterOFDeath

There are Movies called "Trash" - but they're fine for their special fan audience. Well. I wonder if there are also Trash wads. But that ain't even trash, this is utter crap. Esp. the not even running 2nd was in zdoom. no tex, no sense only homs and crap. Wasted time even writing/reading this.

This had to be the MOST AWEFUL wad file I have EVER played in my life, or at least pretty close. The sectors were sloppy, there was no lighting, the monsters were totally unorganized, there were no doors (showing the experience, intelligence, and capability of the author's editing skills), and lastly, I almost DID vomit when I decided to rate it. U SUCK!
