About This File

My 3rd release inside the Doom community, this is a level set inside a stoney base whit fountains, prisions, offices, a fast food, toilettes, a little hospital and a armory; and a hellish-skinnish zone in the ending part of level...

Im a huge fan of ports but getting lost in your wad does not make me a happy-chappy. The SSG is cool. 2 stars --- Starburst.

An ambitious map, but the gameplay is a bit aimless, with some disconnected areas and a fair bit of cut-and-paste early on. It is also not clear what you need to do to make progress - some are some rather non-obvious switches that you need to find. Significant amounts of the map can be skipped. There are some texture problems, of the type that arise frequently with Doombuilder-made maps. Fortunately there aren't the fatal tag-related problems that often accompany them.

Step on the wrong teleporter, and you're stuck. That's definitely a major bug that the author should've caught before releasing the thing.

A random, mostly crappy level which is somewhat fun in a humorous way. The best part is the hilariously bad English in the textfile story.txt. "Who is situation?"

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.

What the actual f*ck is this map. I love having 4 rockets, a shit ton of bullets and like 10 shotgun shells to take out a revenant, and whatever was in that cage. Doesn't look too bad, maybe this negativity is cus im no expert, also rather unskilled at the game?

thank god Underhalls was the map that followed this mod as that level was able to remind me what actually competent level design looks like.

Not that bad, even kind of interesting find the secrets in the map! But yeah, that switches jungle is a awful choice really.
