Chuckled immediately when it loaded up. The sky is a monochrome shade of blue, and you see it everywhere. I didn't mine the crusher bits in the mines (cute way to portray collapsing)

Y does the floor go up when you pick up the BFG? I didn't play the whole thing, but decent comes to mind. 3/5

For a first time mapper this guy is good. He has definite potential as a future mapper.

It's not incredible, but if you're looking for something play, try this. It has an adventure feel, trying to get into the UAC base, then taking it over. The sky basically ruined the map. !~Epyo

Yeah, decent is the word. Good gameplay and nicely balanced except for health in the starting area but needs a real sky texture, more varied lighting and the hellish part was rather weak. 3/5 - Belial

It's sort of OK. Some bad ideas (silly crushers most obviously), and the "make it challenging by giving out very little health" concept makes the gameplay generally tedious. There are also some texturing glitches. Promising work for a new mapper though. I'll go with the 3/5 verdict, though perhaps 3.4 would be fairer.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.

What the actual f*ck is this map. I love having 4 rockets, a shit ton of bullets and like 10 shotgun shells to take out a revenant, and whatever was in that cage. Doesn't look too bad, maybe this negativity is cus im no expert, also rather unskilled at the game?

thank god Underhalls was the map that followed this mod as that level was able to remind me what actually competent level design looks like.
