Playability notes: Vanilla Doom, nothing special required. MAP14 can be completed, just give it time.

Congestion: 64 is difficult to rate for me because I tend to rate solely on gameplay, whereas this mapset is, by design, a satirical piece rather than a set of things-to-be-played. The whole thing is over in 15 minutes, if that. I think it serves its purpose well, though nothing exceptional enough to recommend as a must-play.

As the name implies (and in contrast to Congestion 1024) this is a set of 32 maps where each map fits in a 64x64 square: no extra scenery, no monsters outside, just the player inside a box that would, at best, fit 4 players. It was released on idgames a mere five days after Congestion 1024, most likely as a parody of limiting mappers to an arbitrary square. Having played through that set myself, I can understand the sentiment.

Needless to say, there is virtually no move to move, and most maps are solved simply by turning around and pressing switches. This said, each map has a uniqueness to it, and there is a clear indication of care put into the set, limited as it may be. After the first few maps, I found myself curious as to what would occur in the next map, and was entertained for the brief period it lasted.

If you're still interested even after reading this, give it a go. If not, spend those 15 minutes elsewhere.

A great mapset. The first megawad of which I have ever played all 32 maps, heh. But MAP14 was plain evil.

Its a button pushing practice exercise????? Retards play this. This is not clever or fun or even remotely amusing at all its a waste of time is what it is. I felt I got more stupid the more I played on and on thru it. Try harder next time to make decent maps and not maps that a 7 year old can make.

Wow. This mapset is 2 times Congestion 1024! (32*64=2048) These are highly inventive, fun to play through, and 1024 maps are terrible. Play this!

Second best concept wad ever. First goes to Cyberdreams, but this is pretty damn creative. I can only give it 4/5 because, as mentioned, it has ZERO gameplay. - Wills

Absolutely genius. Four stars though because of some of the repetitious ideas. To the author: why didn't you create areas outside the 64x64 area (that the player cannot enter) as was did with 1024? -EarthQuake

any players appear to have been confused by MAP14, where the exit switch is located behind a door that opens five minutes, YES 5 DAMNIT MINUTES!!! WHAT THE HE....CK!? Ho! Come on!! use IDISPISPOPD or IDCLEV15 for be more fast, well shurely no one (except cheaters) can finish that level in less that 5 minutes

How much can you do with 64? Absolutely nothing. OK actually the Icon of Sin level was somewhat clever, but other than that, this is trash.

Superb firework display of thousands of fireballs seeming in slow motion because of the vastness - mostly avoidable as they land where you were ages ago; but worth playing just to see it. A HUGE square surrounded by tiers with hundreds of imps and a few others, plus a blockhouse you can enter first to collect ammo.  Fighting through the hundreds of monsters when you get onto the tiers is another matter, overwhelming at UV. I cheated to finish so at least I could review.  Some HOM bugs.

Laggy hell with 32k monsters and too much invulnerability spheres. Just... total vomit.

Insanity, with voodoo dolls (see second screenshot).  I get the idea of a shooting gallery if that rocks your boat, but 6000 monsters behind railings- as far as the eye can see, FFS! My PC crawled when I looked towards the invuln spheres (someone said 32 k of them and you can't avoid picking up thousands at a time). In the end I cheated with god mode and no-clipping, and waded in among the chaingunners until I got bored.

Simple, clearly a first wad.  All on the flat with big, brightly lit, and architecturally implausible rooms. The first map has two rooms, the second map one, and the third map one plus a kind of exit lobby. You can do one of two things - just run past the monsters and finish (I did it in 35 seconds), or have a bit of fun killing the monsters first. No noticable bugs. I hope the author will go on (or went on) to greater things.
