About This File

I did this as a stupid joke on the doomworld forums. Like all (doom related) stupid ideas, it evolved. 9.9

I really enjoyed that map too. I don't know why the textures are missing there (is it a joke having to do with the title?). But it was really fun, one of the few challenging times I escape to the end teleport without killing everything because I am blocked by Barons ;), quite cool. And near the end I've just looked at the map =) 4/5 - Optimus

Some missing textures, and the odd misalignment.

Surprisingly fun gameplay. Even though this is just a joke you really should fix those bugs. 3/5 - Belial

I enjoyed it too. Starts off cramped and tortuous but becomes more normal as it goes on. There's lots of action, and it's quite monotonous - every single corner has a monster behind it, the same gameplay trick is used over and over again. But it's viscerally entertaining although very shallow. To paraphrase Mussolini, the function of ammo and health are inseparable.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.

What the actual f*ck is this map. I love having 4 rockets, a shit ton of bullets and like 10 shotgun shells to take out a revenant, and whatever was in that cage. Doesn't look too bad, maybe this negativity is cus im no expert, also rather unskilled at the game?

thank god Underhalls was the map that followed this mod as that level was able to remind me what actually competent level design looks like.

Not that bad, even kind of interesting find the secrets in the map! But yeah, that switches jungle is a awful choice really.
