About This File

I had first set out to create a prison Hell Block, but, the level didn't quite end up that way. Hope you enjoy the end results. There are a few ideas I've implemented into this WAD that I haven't seen in any other WADs to date. Enjoy!!

P.S. Beware the Nukage Tunnels.

This medium-sized map has a mostly nukage theme, and provides fairly gentle and not overly linear gameplay. Here and there you might need to use some trial and error, but no major wall humping. However, the map is marred somewhat by a few retarded traps (nukage pools, crushers). Incidentally, you can quite easily get the first yellow key door opened for you by the monsters, which you may find moderately useful.

A nice-looking little underground base with some very cool sequences, and creative gameplay (with several nice traps). The fights aren't overwhelming but there's enough action to keep you on your toes. I didn't like one or two details (crusher traps have never been a favourite) but overall this is a solid piece of work. One very difficult-to-find secret (it does show up when you get the computer map, so no biggie). Recommended. --4/5

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.

What the actual f*ck is this map. I love having 4 rockets, a shit ton of bullets and like 10 shotgun shells to take out a revenant, and whatever was in that cage. Doesn't look too bad, maybe this negativity is cus im no expert, also rather unskilled at the game?

thank god Underhalls was the map that followed this mod as that level was able to remind me what actually competent level design looks like.

Not that bad, even kind of interesting find the secrets in the map! But yeah, that switches jungle is a awful choice really.
