Review : E1M2 is rather spartanic, but fun. E1M8 is more
complex, beautiful and fun.
Primary purpose : Single+Coop play / Deathmatch
Title : Cubos and Landing
Filename : e1m2.wad, e1m8.wad
(both extracted from SUPERWAD.WAD)
Release date : 1994
Author : Pedro Imaz, Jorge Llubi (Jorge Llubia)
Email Address : -
Other Files By Author : Llubia made also HOPE.WAD, that can be found at
levels/doom2/g-i/hope.zip in the /idgames
Description : Landing by Pedro Imaz
Cubos by Jorge Llubi (Jorge Llubia, the
SUPERWAD.TXT misses the 'a')
--> e1m2.wad and e1m8.wad
I don't know, which WAD is related to which
Note by the uploader : These are two levels from a level-compilation,
called SUPERWAD.WAD. SUPERWAD consists of some
levels by different authors.
'Hacker', the person, who compiled them together,
lists the titles and authors of the original WADs
in the textfile and claims, that his list is in
the order of the levels in the WAD.
Unfortunately, the order of his list is not
correct, and there are two levels (included in
the zip-package, that you hold right now in your
virtual hands), that i don't know, who is the
author of which one. All the other levels of the
SUPERWAD-compilation are already separately
avaiable in the /idgames-ftp-archives.
I have been searching for the two remaining
levels by Llubi and Imaz for more than two years,
to see, if they are anywhere else separately,
outside of SUPERWAD.WAD avaiable. But i didn't
find them anywhere.
Because i think, these two levels do deserve to
be played and enjoyed, i upload them in this form
If YOU can tell me definitely, which WAD is
related to what author+title, and/or can give me
the original zip(s) with WAD and textfile, please
mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org
I would be very happy, to be able, to make a
upload, that tells exactly, who made what.
The superwad.zip, that carries SUPERWAD.WAD, has
these files included:
05.06.1994 01:16 1.546 SUPERWAD.TXT
18.06.1994 18:26 165 FILE_ID.DIZ
04.06.1994 15:14 1.080.497 SUPERWAD.WAD
To make you not feel, that you miss something, I
give here a list of the levels, as i have them
identified, in the real order of the SUPERWAD.WAD
and their titles and authors together with the
locations the originals in the /idgames-ftp-
