About This File

The latest successor in the TNT series. As known, you will encounter a lot of ZDoom effects, neat detailed areas and of course scripting :) (not included are the many surprises placed in the map :D

Final in the TNT trilogy (as of 2007/4/24) and it's another gem. Nice work Daniel. See also TNT1(id=14579) and TNT2(id=14578). 4/5

As good and TNT2 (very good), but don't miss the newer TNT:LE (released 7/30/04) and City Of Damned (released 5/15/04), those are great too! (Ignore my review of City Of Damned that said it was the worst map ever, as I loved it, I just wanted to post a silly review so I could laugh at other people's camments about how truly false that statement is - I've seen them do that to other people and just wanted to see it done to me). - Kak Home

very good indeed, tend to lag a bit in some detailed areas (zDoom needs imporvement on this side, it's not good to lag more that Far Cry and more complicated other stuff )

one word: UBERNESS!! this is my favorite TNT up to date. It's as good as TNT2 and I can't wait tell TNT4:Havoc. This provides some good challenges here and there.

Excellent wad, very immersive, I am usually not a ZDoom fan, but here I must admit it's used very neatly. Also, for map01 music, I think it's been extracted from "Crusader : No Remorse" as well as the computer "bip" sounds. Crusader is a cool game, I used to play it a lot. 5/5 PerOxyd

I love the environments for this wad! They are very detailed, and come across as real, for doom anyway.

This is quite impressive. It has a nice hellish atmosphere, created by a very good music, nice new textures and new monsters. The difficulty is perfect, challenging at times, but never frustrating, except for a certain shortage of ammo. This is very good work and I'm looking forward to playing more maps by Tormentor. 4.5/5 -Milian

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
