This is an awesome coop wad. The music is great, scripts are good, monster placement is ok, but the thing that kept a star down is there were too many "jump quests". 4/5 -Moti

Dest Unknown is one of the popular ZDaemon wads--for a good reason. The jumping quests, combined with hordes of monsters, call for this to be an exciting COOP map. It is NOT meant to be played in single player, so for those running it as a single player--forget it. One level, however, is colored too brightly and very hard to play. 4/5--it's fun--try it.

why would you bother to make a map like this? just make an invasion map instead. It's the same thing

Actually music is ugly and MAP01 was so pathetic that we turned it off. 0/5 Zalewa

Other than infinite ammo making *some* encounters entirely trivial, it played well, especially solo. 3.5/5, rounded up to 4/5

Jumping stuff is something more interesting than just killing hordes all the time, something that the legendary Coopbuild lacked.

Uhm guys? Wake up will you? CO-OP is meant to be hard and not to be played by one player. The only bad thing was the music, but you can turn it off and turn on media player numbfucks! Apart from that, I really liked the first level, too bad you couldn't jump down. I was always looking for a city esque rooftop fight level, apart from that crappy dm lvl this one is pretty good! For what I've seen, throw a couple of weapon mods with this and it'll kick arse as a tactical co-op.

I love this wad, despite it being a paradise for team-killers. I love stewboy! 5

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this is a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
