Not bad, but the BAK file and the Word document were a major "WTF?" moment.

Not since 1994 have I seen a ".DOC" accompanying a WAD, only that this one is an actual WORD document! Plus, a .bak file is included in the zip...I wonder how this got past screening...anyway, this is a 1994-ish Doom 2 map with some pretty huge mapping errors that could have been easily fixed (screwed sectors/linedefs), and so plain that it almost looks like a 2sector entry. Good things: it's somewhat fun to play and non-linear, decent fights. With some more work it could be decent. 2/5 -Maes

A basic medium sized that should run with Doom2.exe with no problem. The gameplay is good and easy with plenty of monsters but plenty of ammo and health. Most of the map uses the same textures throughout which makes it fairly unattractive. For someone who is 13 it is not a bad effort at all. 2 Stars. -PC

Gameplay is alright; texture choice is fairly linear, nothing really differentiates one room from another. Overabundance of health and ammo makes the level relatively easy. A few suggestions: If this is a mining colony, you should have added details such as mining equipment, living quarters, shipping/receiving docks...etc. All in all this was a decent attempt and I did enjoy playing it. Keep it up! 2/5

Although dated March 2007, this is a throwback to 1994. The design is typically angular and random, and there's no detail. You start off facing a flat wall, which is a metaphor for the whole level. It's surprisingly playable, but trivially easy - there's a BFG, a megasphere, rockets, everything vs a smattering of enemies. Although there are no Zdoom-only features that I could see, it seems to be unfinishable in PRBoom (some of the doors don't open).

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this is a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
