Solid design...huge map with atmospheric progression...combat s are bit repetitive and required patience rather than tricks or sharpness...4.1 rounded to 5 stars as lots of efforts are in there...

not exactly that hard. It's quite easy. Excessive ammo. But hey... it's pretty fun I think.

Ugh, it seems that King REoL never learned to add gameplay to his maps. This one plays terribly; clumps of enemies placed in a boring manner in corridors, and very little health. I didn't even finish this level, because i grew so sick of it. It looks okay in places, but could use some Extreme Detail (TM). 2 stars.

This is dated April 2005 - I guess it's a sequel to id=14605, which is extraordinary (cough). It's crude, but there's plenty of action, and very little health. More than 500 monsters in a mid-sized map, but they come in clumps and tend to kill each other, so it's not as hard as all that. Tonnes of ammo. Decent sound replacements.

Very nice level for the download. While there's more than plenty of ammo to go around [mostly dumped in caches and from groups of hitscanners], health can be an issue at times, though there was enough to clear the level on UV without dying too much. The false exit is rather Hell Revealed though unless you get the secret. Music was ok, detail was acceptible, and the flow was fairly good. Overall, 4 stars.

Good maps, most of them ended up in Skulltag later on (as in, 2004-2005 lol). A solid wad that frankly deserves more play time, even in the year 2021.

this really deserves much more attention than it gets! it definitely has its fair share of negatives like cryptic progression, symmetry, etc, but for the time it's actually very good. the visuals are very nice with interesting architecture and good lighting, and despite not being balanced for pistol start very well the combat is great fun nonetheless.

it's like if the casali brothers got their hands on skillsaw's kamikaze soldiers   srsly tho, for 1995 this wad is pretty vicious. the moeller brothers love to throw some real nasty shit at you on the regular, but despite that it still remains very fun (albeit somewhat frustrating at times). the levels all look decent for 1995, and the spritework for the new enemies and textures is quite good as well. aside from a few specific things (the beginning of map06 for example) there's not really any genuinely bad things about the megawad. if you're a fan of older stuff then i highly recommend this mapset - it's not as refined as later stuff the moellers worked on like memento mori, but it's still great fun.

a very fun mapset that, unfortunately, is plagued by a few bugs. it's mostly fine if you get the fix, but if you're unaware of it then it's gonna prevent you from progressing   it's a shame, because this really is a great mapset. it starts off somewhat standard but quickly becomes quite reminiscent of av's later levels. i highly recommend it if you're into that
