This is what KZiZD should have been - FUN! If by saying that Tormentor667 is the most important Map/WAD maker in the Doom community right now means I'm a "Torm nuthugger" then so be it. Play this damn WAD you non-converted Torm nuthuggers! 5/5

Excellent! Superb! And that's why you have a fast internet... took me a minute... but man.... that was damn hot. Hellish too. I got a Dual Core machine and it made it run hard... but still ran smooth.

Truly epic!!! Atmosphere is spot on, texture use and architecture is polished, new monsters work well for the most part - a very professional job. Man you gotta keep making stuff like this please! Gets a "Best I've Played" award from this doomer ... 5/5

The maps were surprisingly good for t667 due to their abstractness causing the relative switch hunting to be not so bad except for the first map. Even though the first four maps were made before the switch hunting craze, the new episode made during saved itself by being a linear boss level and avoiding most of that crap. I can accept the overuse of bestiary monsters because they are all basically his own. The music was selected well. -1 for the first map, +1 for TNTLE 4/5

It doesn't fool me at all because "Ultimate" should be good. This is T667's magnum opus, clearly an enormous amount of effort has gone into making these maps look and feel fantastic and, at the same time, play at least reasonably - not the strong point, but unlike some other releases like this it's enough to get the job done. 5/5

65 Megabytes? Tiny. With today's average speeds being as high as they are I'm surprised so many could give two shits. ESPECIALLY considering the pure awesomeness contained within the zip. Thanks for a great amount of fun, Torm. 5/5 - Dragonfly

I bet it'd be good, but every time I start it up, my game says there's an error with the Dehack and isn't playing. I've got the current GZ and it's still not doing anything for me.

I played a little bit of this and I was very impressed with what I saw. Excellent level design and alot of it was much more fun to play than KDiZD. The only downside is that I can't use any weapon mods with it (I'm personally sick of using the standard Doom weapons). Aside from that, this gets a 4.5/5

My only gripe is the linearity and some inconsistency with the particle effects. Nice atmosphere!

I enjoyed every minute of this, everything was great from the looks and features to the atmosphere and gameplay (-fast ftw again). Class differences seemed a bit small (the speed drop on the commando for example wasn't hindering my movement skills) and the commando was the only interesting choice due to the starting weapon taking a while to find elsewhere. This awesome wad shows what GZDoom is capable of, big up to them both. I really should get back to mapping...

One of the classic megawads, and the successor to TNT Evilution. I've played this several times over the years, and its grown on me more with each play as my tastes mature.   Still has a bunch of maps that got me killed in 2024, after ive finished stuff like HR and AV, and plenty of maps are memorable. Only real downsides is some of the levels have little content, showing its age.

One of the earliest Doom user maps and It shows. Despite the raw and empty design, the author take a good use of 3D space creating a small fortress surrounded by mountains, the level Is fun to play and not hard. A fancy escapade and a piece of modding history.

Third and final released map of a WIP episode by David Rager, it's more long, complex and hard than the previous entries in the series. A well made map with pretty challenging parts with a mix of monster usage, envoirnmental hazards and some puzzle gameplay. Fun but pretty harsh.

Two more misplaced DM maps without a exit like QUDOOM (that at least had a exit room, while not functional) that caught me by their file name and leave me for the bad experience in SP. Chicken is just a long bridge between a thundering abyss where cyberdemons wants to destroy you, meh. Gangstar is a more fun map sets in a big, abstract warehouse where a cyberdemon roam free trying to kill you, shotgunners and lost souls are here in this Hell corner adding more pain to the thing, enforced by semi-hidden mazes, my favorite.

This is like the physical version of the "we have X at home" meme in DM map format for Quake E1M1. Very poorly made, broken exit and missing textures here and there but at least the level KINDA resembles the original source somehow.
