The music sounds like a cheezy 80's action flick.

Took me half an hour, and you'd think by the size & the number of monsters (about 700 by the end, over 600 to start on HMP) it would've taken even longer! That's the best part: This level is most certainly fast paced. VERY fast paced. With the spread, then speed, then strength powerups, you'll be killing monsters here faster than ever before (excluding with the BFG or with crushers/traps). Even the music is very fast paced, fitting right in. I absolutely loved it, this is fast paced Doom at its best! 5

Begins to get idiotic and frustrating with the traps. You end up clearing out a cramped room and then three archviles spawn in. The look of the level is atmospheric and when I first started playing I thought it was going to be a fun trip on UV. I don't mind difficulty, but this begins to get irritating and repetitive. 3/5

Wart04 is great, because of the variety of the rooms. They are colorful and you just need to run and shoot, not puzzling around. Where is Wart05? Please continue, Carnevil!

Saugeil!!! This level has action non-stop! At the end it was really hardcore, but who cares? This gives you the bullet in your head! Great job, man! Respect! 5/5

Pretty good single level. Hard as nails though, especially in the end. A fair few Archviles [With a nasty Cyber fight on one side and archviles flooding through the other side *Shudder*] and an Invasion-esque style finish to the map. Overall, good balance and gameplay except for the HR-style end. 4 stars

Sweet. :) (And to the previous reviewer, if UV is too hard, you can also choose a lower difficulty setting. I know most DOOMers have an ego problem with that, but hey, it's possible, so don't blame the WAD.)

Nice hellish themed wad. Uses the skulltag resources wisely, as is to be expected.

This was awesome kept me going to end, loved the choice bit but i wont give much more away :P. THis was fun i recommend it, the music went so well with it, the ammo spread and placement was well done. With equal ammo for the amount of monsters you are required to fight. Nice Job! ...Maelstrom...

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
