This is dated May 2008. It's E3M1, and follows the E3 style; you fight 58 baddies in a gothic castle. It's good but marred by a spartan ammo balance - you have to make every shell, every bullet count - and an overreliance on teleport traps whereby monsters appear whenever you pick something up. But it's not impossible and as a kind of E3M1 replacement it's pretty good. One of the secrets gives you a berzerk pack, which makes it easier, but it's a very obscure secret.
