About This File

A project that could'nt be realised through many concepts (It went through three concepts already, they all failed from 2006 to 2007), however this time it suceeded by using most simple, most fastest concept in a form of CLASSIC BOOM WAD

I've watched this team working on this stuff and I've seen how much work they put in it. They were really fast in mapping and the maps were growing really fast. But not just some maps, they were quite a good quality. The testing team were testing thoroughly. So overall, this wad was made quick, but also not some pile of shit. I give thee 4/5 because I don't like some of the maps :P

I thought these were kind of boring: the levels (except for 9) were linear, the rooms so crowded that the monsters would crawl over each other if they could. There were intelligent moments as well, but they were few and, unfortunately, overwashed by the general homogeny of the overall design. This reminds me of modern FPS games, which also offer little margin for exploration. But on that and other topics I could talk until cows crossbreed with humans, so I'll Just say it was a decent piece of work.

This is an excellent wad-set. The game-play flows very well and there are plenty of areas for fighting and some for taking a little breather. My only gripe is that there is far too much ammo (I hate picking up a box of shells when I already have 98). 4/5

it is getting boring very quick. you open doors and have to fight in a mostly linear way - over and over again. the design is ok even good, lighting is good the flow is ok too, but boring after a while because there is not much variation of... 3/5

Very good, a bit repetitive in places, but yeah, a sweet compilation.

Not too bad, not too good. Still, solid maps and gameplay, most maps are nice looking. I liked it, idk about you. 4/5 -Moti

Great maps, only downside is the boss on level 10 kinda sucks. But oh well.

I thought it was fun. Definitely worth more than the 3 stars it currently has.

I was supposed to make a map for this, but my lazyness (and the fact that my style is completely different from the one applied in this wad) made me unable to make it. Actually, I think it's decent but nothing more, not my kind of maps, very repetitive also. -CKeen

It was a meh wad at best. I couldn't really get into this one, I seen better works out there. 2/5 for effort though.-Candle M

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this is a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
