This was absolutley pathetic and dreadful resembling something that a 10 year old girl would make. Avoid at all costs! 0 Stars -P.C

Best depiction of D-Day since Saving Private Ryan...dare I say it, this may be even better. It felt as if I was storming the beaches myself, against a horde of Nazis skillfully represented as a bunch of demons on a vague ship-looking thing. The sheer beauty and brilliance of it caused me to vomit.

I don't know if this was designed for jumping or if that step-that's-too-hig h is a trap or a mistake. Anyhow, the map is at least playable either way.

Misaligned textures, cyberdemon and powerful weapons on MAP01 and and stupid ideas(Lift that you must use is mixing with walls and it's too small). Study Doom and Doom 2 levels and learn about good design from them. -TomoAlien

D-Day squashed down into 56KB. Map01 is so unlike Saving Private Ryan that it's comical. There are a few baddies, and you can just run to the exit switch and flick it in about fifteen seconds. There are some weapons that you can only get to by jumping. Map02 is a battleship designed by a backwards child. I fell off the side and ended up wandering around in the sea. The exit is obtuse, and if you know where the switch is you can finish the level in almost no time.

The idea is nice, you just need to work on building the level. The design isnt actually that bad either, just need a lot of work. 2/5 -r_rr

Oh god, why did he even try? I mean, what the hell? Doom and Doom 2 were better in design, hell, Final Doom was far better, look at them next time and try to get some fucking advice from one of the people who made those, or better yet, don't let it leave your computer, hell with that, don't even try. Fuckin wrong. 0/5

I hope never to subject myself to anything as torturous as this is ever again. What possibly could have made you think this is playable? 0/5 for no obvious effort.

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this is a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
