Just a really quick map to prove that I'm still working on stuff.

Nice simple-styled map. I love how dynamic the vertical aspects of the layout are, with rooms and corridors lowering to reveal new challenges. You definitely spent a bit more than four hours tweaking it, though, when you kept sending me beta of it to test :P 5/5 -essel

An excellent short techbase done in just the right amount of detail. Makes good use of the oft-limiting Doom 1 resources, and features excellent flow and re-use of areas both with doors/switches and vertically. Secrets blended in a bit too much, and way too much health lying around. 4.5/5

I would probably spend 4 hours drawing the layout on paper. Ace map, fast, tight and angry, with a very well executed Episode 2 feeling to it. Some tricky areas, secrets that taunt you from a small aperture, a non-linear style of play, all in all - a great level.

A very nice map, considering it was done in four hours. One star removed for the childish 'Release date: Now' comment as this will irritate in years to come. 4/5 -1 = 3/5

opens on e1m1,not e2m1.other than that, fairly fast gameplay with mostly weak monsters[except for the 3 Barons on HMP ]lots of switch pressing, but not much backtracking. not bad, killed 10 minutes while waiting for my breakfast.[made it on first try, even with my crappy skills] 3/5-d.d.koop

Usually I find Doom 1 maps boring as they don't have all those cool features Doom 2 has. However this one wasn't boring at all. 5/5 Oh and there's a mistake in the .TXT file. It's E1M1 not E2M1.

Very nice map. I'm impressed especially considering how long it took to make it. 5/5

Old good Doom, really nice map - good difficulty balance, architecture. Not too original, not epic, but pretty darn good! - Jekyll Grim Payne

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
