About This File

One level for any limit removing port.

The idea for this PWAD came from iddqd.ru. The main concept is: you should create a level using only two IWAD textures and two IWAD flats. Thanks Shadowman for inspiration.

Note: This level is hard. Do not try to play it without saves.

An average slaughterfest map with two John Romero heads, what was the point of that? Only one head was needed at the end. I almost thought GZDooM was going to crash do to the over whelming amount of Revenants on screen lol. Not a huge fan of slaughterfest maps but not bad. 3/5.-Candle M

Excellent if you like slaughter. Make sure to enable the Plasma Bump bug if you're using a modern port.

Meh. The limitation to 2 textures, the quite plain design... well, and the real overdose of enemies leaving no room to run. Not my thing.

This was a great challenge and kicked my ass at least 35 times before I finally beat it. 4/5

At first glance, I thought this was going to be a mini nuts.wad. But, after grabbing the SSG, etc. from the walls I realized it was not meant to be one. Most battles were very well designed. The chaingunner bit at the end was a large challenge, and I ended up coming out with a mere 5 health. All in all, a great level. 5/5

Pretty intense. Only part I hated was the archviles behind 100 chaingunners.

You might as well tape down the fire button while playing this. Fun stuff. 4*

Perhaps misleading where the warning is concerned, the challenge is derived from testing the player's dodging capability and reflexes. Ironically I played on UV without saves and the only obstacle I fell victim to was PRBoom's notorious 'everything becomes a ghost and the player noclips bug' a save and reload fixed that. Otherwise an admireable slaughter fight but nothing overly arduous for seasoned players of the genre. 4/5 - B.Krypto

Challenging wad! But chaingunners are too hard for me.

Whilst the concept is as good as ever, this one fails a bit on gameplay, and indeed doesn't look as nice as the three previous maps. I found it to be an unintelligent slaughterfest which, up until the chaingunner bit, was so generously stocked with health and ammo that I managed to avoid finding the plasma gun and rocket launcher and still do most of the map just fine. 4* -Phobus

I thought at first it was one of those lame wads with too much monsters and no ammo, but I didn't pushed the walls at the beginning to get the ammo and weapons. Later I found it it's challenging and doable. Just the right difficulty and fun! 5/5 - Optimus

Wow neat. Reminds me of why Doom 2 was fun in the first place!

Another awesome map from Deadall. I really like the challenge level of the battles in this map; overwhelming odds which can be overcome with strategy, and also there weren't any times when the player is pinned down due to level design... that's definitely a plus in my book! The chaingunner battle was very well designed, as well. 5/5
