About This File

This mod is set after the first demon invasion, and so the UAC is back to their normal experiments with teleportation. But this time the UAC is also working on the Demon Annihilation Resonator Type 2K, which was designed to wipe out demons by just being near them. Knowing the UAC, they screwed up again and demons came back from hell. And if things could not get any worse, the Demon Annihilation Resonator Type 2K has disapeared just a few days before. But this time the demons are acting different. They aren't killing for fun, they are killing for a diferent reason.

To survive.

You are Sergeant Shaun Rumsey, a marine on a UAC base on earth that was recently attack by the forces of hell, after finding a large hell portal in the mines. Marines fought bravley, but were outnumberded and slaughtered. As far as you know, you are the only one left on this base, and it is amazing you are still alive. Maybe you have better skills than you first thought. You see a shotgun in front of you, and hope that no demons will come teleporting in once you pick it up.

This mod also has new difficulty levels, which are different to the original. If you find this mod too hard, just try a lower difficulty level. The two recomended are Apprentice and Ranger. And if you are up for a good challenge, try Killer.

4 stars just for the music and premise alone I love the cliffhanger ending as well hopefully we see the continuation of this soon as I'm intrigued as to what happens next. I played on the easiest difficulty setting and I still had trouble. So very challenging and fun

The area with all the platforms on Map01 right on the edge on the lave was frustrating, some of the rooms were a bit cramped - still a good amount of fun and an epic final battle (on Map02)! 4.5(5)/5 P.S. - To Moti, how have you been waiting for it? I didn't see it mentioned as "in progress". Complete surprise to me. - Do0minat0r

Incredible. This is, to my opinion, one of the most awesome wads I have ever played!

This looks spectacular and plays great. I didn't like all the jumping on the edge of the lava sea (those puzzles just bore me in Doom), and the last boss is a bitch, but this wad is better than 95% of the levels out there. A must play.-GreazyShorts

It's pretty good, got me occupied for around 50 minutes. I agree the lava's edge with all the platform dragged on a bit but otherwise it was all pretty good. 5 from me.

It's okay. Lots of really good looking GZDoom features and clever design aspects that look great but the gameplay ends up kinda meh due to cramped and repetitious enemy placement. Above average but didn't rock my world. 3.5/5

Impressive wad. Somewhat similar in style to legendary Ultimate Torment & Torture.

Great mod! Once you kill the boss, take care when you get the credits and watch out for the secret ending! And... There is even more... If you move to a certain place... I don't wanna spoil anything! 5/5!

A well put together wad, showcasing some plot progression, great use of GZDoom and fairly nice visuals. The only problem really was that the hardest difficulty was no fun, and gameplay in general was a bit too monster oriented. 4*

Best played with Particle Fire Enhanced, if your computer can handle it. Anyway, (at least with that mod) this level feels very much like a modern game, only tons more fun. However, there are a few flaws: the outside jumping section didn't need so much jumping, the demon swarm at the end wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't for the 2+ arch-viles and cramped hallway, and it took me 8 times on the final boss to beat him and the last time I cheated. A well-deserved 4/5.

Good use of GZDoom features and cool final Boss. The only probles is that I do not like jumping in Doom and the end of the first map is Hmmm... Jumpy. Very good over all 4/5 Nearly perfec

I really liked this. Aside from bad writing, it's pretty goddamn solid, I really liked the hellish-themed parts of the map. 5/5 for me. -Ulti

meh. I'm sick to death of that fucking gradient effect on lights, it just looks unnatural and pointless.

In my opinion, I thought this wad was pretty darn good. The boss battle arena I think could've done without the imps spawning but overall I think it was a great masterpiece. I especially love the ending when you roll the credits. Pretty funny, man. By the way, the level design also was pretty groovy. I can see why it took you months; all that detail you put in. Not bad Starscream, keep up the good work. -Alando1

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.

What the actual f*ck is this map. I love having 4 rockets, a shit ton of bullets and like 10 shotgun shells to take out a revenant, and whatever was in that cage. Doesn't look too bad, maybe this negativity is cus im no expert, also rather unskilled at the game?
