About This File

My first attempt at a map, using a few Boom features and a few experiments in detailing. Gameplay is simple mow-em-down, I suppose you could call it a slaughter map because I don't throw a lot of big monsters at you. And, true to my word, there is NO rocket launcher in this map. Not that you'll need one.

Good job for a first map. Tunnels were a bit twisty and monsters couldn't shoot me in some spots, however the layout, detailing and other monster parts more than made up for it. Good few minutes of fun. 4/5

A decent map, pretty average to be honest, from a wonderful weapon maker. I found it kinda strange how I got all the three keys in a row while I didn't even have to shoot anything... Oh well, still worth a play. 3/5 - Moti

It was alright, the texturing and structure was a bit odd and the music annoying. Could have done with some monsters teleporting in as you hoovered up the keys once everything was dead. Watching the zombie's bodies bounce down the steep stairs is class, also, you have to wonder how the Mancubus managed to fit in the exit room :P 3/5

      A basic and nice looking showroom type of map where monsters are trapped inside glass prisons, no exit and no way to play this with any modern source Port like DSDA-Doom and GZDoom, but works really well in Crispy Doom. It was a pleasant experience.

      Conceptually not bad, it's a pretty imposing tower with some decent lighting, but no ammo at all despite having the guns and a VERY obscure way to rise up the floor in the lava pit? That's a big downer. But overall, it's ok.

      Well, the map is pretty basic. The map is quite challenging, with there being 0 ammo pickups (excluding the backpack) outside of the starting room. There are also nazis for some reason. I will give it 2 stars only because this really wasn't meant to be played to be enjoyed, but rather just a example of how to build a map in DEU.
