About This File

There is green tea in a factory made of bricks. After several years of not doing any levels, I make a level!

^Agreed. An excellent map. If you know how, Arch-Viles are easy meat, even pairs of them! So all the gaylord's and girlie's should stick to something altogether easier... like Mario. 4/5

Shitloads of Archviles isn't a good idea, otherwise, it's a good map. 3.5/5 -playerlin

Not a bad map, but the arch vile trap(s) was annoying as hell. 3/5

Fun little slime techbase. On UV, it starts easily enough but difficulty starts to ramp up with many, many archviles. 4/5

This would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the ridiculous amount of Archviles put in the map. The exit was even worse... The rest is okay. 3.5/5. - Moti

I found the Archviles fair in the map. Just note that it's a very challenging map, and beginners shouldn't be near it. As for the yellow key, just make sure you save before you trigger the Archies as it is easy to "trap" yourself under fire. Overall I enjoyed this map. 4/5

2 / 5 because the level itself would've been nice but this ridiculous amount of archviles just fubared the level completely. Without them it would've been better than 3 stars.

This is dated October 1995. It's a techbase in the classic style that pits you against 195 baddies. The first 100 or so are weak and die easy, and then it toughens up. There's really only one hard bit, but it's "Hell Revealed hard" unless you're quick on your feet; you get a tonne of plasma ammo afterwards, and the final traps are easy provided you hit the archviles immediately with everything you have. It's a bit save-die-reload, but I liked it.

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
