very good map, scales difficulty quite interestingly but the fights are challenging without being ridiculous. one particular closet of revenants in the main hub (after the yellow key I presume), never did lower, so some monsters were missed, good use of snipers for one. and very good hub-style layout.

I'm going to do this simple, this map is incredible. It is very big and quite fantastic, the design is from another world and is done in a meticulous and fantastic way, a map with an extreme amount of enemies but that adapts to the combat, this map itself is a small combination between massacres and combats tactics, I adore it. A great 5 for the creator of this map, they should mention it among the cacowards! :D

This is, seriously, one of the most impressive first releases I've ever seen. In fact, it's just as good as all the other work the author had made, which is rare. Big, good progression, good challenge, good visuals. What more could you ask for? Awesome map.

I noticed a couple of misaligned textures and some trap monsters were deaf but I thought it was pretty well done and good fun so 4 from me.

Good design. I have a few minor pet peeves such as teleporting before reaching a secret soulsphere. Level progression seemed a bit scattered at times...plus some rather predictable fights. Outside of that, the rest of the level is outstanding. Great atmosphere and gameplay. 4/5

Wow. I watched this get playtested on the forums (without actually testing it myself) and I'm more than impressed by the final result. Seems like the community did a really good job finding bugs/issues. This map has just about the right difficulty, fine architecture and yet not obstructive, and is pretty long - about a half hour to play. It's a very nice map for any release, but for a first, playtested or not, it's just amazing! I hope the author has plans for more!

As the previous reviewer said, the difficulty in this map is really up and down, or should I say random. For instance, half way through the map you entr a quite easy area, and get to breathe a bit, then suddenyly the next area (or trap) = WTF!? Keep on your toes in this one. Lots of outdoors, caves and kepp-style areas, pretty well designed. Liked the looks of the map, but whats up with the starting area? That seemed a bit random, but that doesnt matter. not legendary, but very good, and I enjoyed! 4*

After the starting area , which was sameoldsameold , I was pleasantly surprised with this big hellish and challenging/from time to time/ map . Doom community gets another talented mapper with lots of potential. And since it's his first or so effort , he has 5/5 from me . rh

Spectacular, and quite possibly one of the top 5 or 10 first works ever, I had feeling he was really skilled! I can recommend this virtually without qualification. In fact you owe it to yourself to play it. As good or better than several authors ever become.

Absolutely epic! A huge hellish map with a few traps and encounters which will keep even the best Doomers on their feet. The maps look great, there's a mix of small and large locations and the massive outdoor lava area is breathtaking. Sure there's a few HOMs around, texture alignment isn't 100% perfect and closing off that red Baron-face door (Sector 497) was a nasty move but overall a hugely fun adventure and definitely recommended. I don't often give out 5s but you've earned it with this one. 5/5 j

This is a masterpiece. I'm looking forward to play more wads from you. the architecture was astounding and the game play was almost flawless. the only thing I did not like was the 100+ revenants at the end when i had no ammo. 5/5 -JOKER

Apparently the 2 stars guy downrated this map because it's set in Hell and you encounter lots of Imps and Demons. You might be playing the wrong game, dude. Anyway, I'm only halfway through so far but the architecture is very nice and clean, if not hyperdetailed, and the gameplay is nice, so I feel confident in giving it a solid 4/5. Not 5/5 because that's "legendary" and only a relatively few mapsets deserve that!

Excellent map--I can't wait to see more from you! The very beginning isn't as impressive as the rest of the map but it's still an awesome effort. 4.5/5

An enjoyable set of maps of easy difficulty (MAP 07 is medium) in UV with simple design that worked well for me. Finished the whole set in 02:40 min. Certainly worth a shot!

I rarely quit a wad in disgust, but this one did it. It was pushing a 5 star experience, but then the slaughter stupid started ~map19 and only got worse. It's not clever, not amusing and absolutely not entertaining. It ruined an otherwise good wad and left a very sour taste. Why do mappers do this? Played on HNTR and it really was that bad.

I have a real blast while playing this megawad. Think that Quake is not brown enough? You will get the ultimate browness here. I think that, beside the simplistic ugliness of it, it gives a good cohesive look to all the maps. And this one are really big and fun to explore. The ideas of cities, fortresses, islands, canyons and caves, and finaly tech base on moon, are really neat and some looks really good. The story of the wad is pretty good, too. I love the liberties that the author takes while doing this mapset. As i played a lot and i found this kind of ideas in a few wads along the way.
What i didn't like it much, is that there wasn't other skies than the episode one sky from Doom 2. Again, i think it is that way for a cohesive storytelling, but anyway, it would be cool to feel the sense of time in the maps with different skies and shadows deploying in differents ways along the maps.

This could be the Eternal Doom of doom stock textures, but the linearity of the maps, aside from the somewhat empty but interesting areas to explore, departs slighty from the formula, and there are not soo much details as one might expect from a mapset like this. Don't get fooled by that, even with the somewhat Heretic-like linearity, the maps are fun, gorgeous in its brownway and pretty challenging.
I recommend this megawad to anyone that likes to explore and have a challenge in the vein of the best of team TNT mapsets.

I liked it better than Claptrapino. Maybe because I'm a novice level maker too. Obviously it's the work of a newbie, but I absolutely understand how it might have taken 10+ hours. I think I've spent at least that long and haven't even completed any levels yet.   I actually thought it was an interesting basic concept to start in the middle of a maze, with areas you've previously cleared not guaranteed to be safe anymore with the portals and spawns. I died twice in my attempts and finished the third time. When I realized that staying in place, conserving resources and clearing wasn't working I took the invulnerability and just ran through the halls spraying high damage weapons.   The level did seem unfinished though. What are the keys for? Are there secrets in the level that contain locked doors?

Yes, this is a legendary megawad. Yes, there is a lot of positives to say about it.
But I can't ignore the button madness present in many levels. In the second half of the games this gets utterly insane - you WILL spend most of the time bashing and shooting every inch of every wall to find yet another hidden switch to be able to progress. Many switches open hidden doors in an unrelated location on the other side of the level without even telling you. Some levels have switches completely invisible and one of them even hides switches in random decoration sprites like trees. I'm sorry but this was no fun and in the end it ruined the entire megawad for me.
