gameplay is boring, texture selection tasteless, geometry unnatural, difficulty is low even for declared "hard mode". overall: LAME. is chriswright an incarnate of ruba? anyway, big zero for spamming the archive with infinite low-quality stuff. /hth

A piss poor 94 map with completely random shaped rooms, random texturing and crappy gameplay. Avoid.

Dunno what the previous guys are taking; this is a great little map. Interesting end room. Lots of secrets. Good work. 5/5

who the hell gave this a 5? wtf, seriously. as most others said; lame 94`ish (maybe even 84`ish) map, with all the flaws of the time; boring and ugly layout, lame fights, random everything etc. -lichking

Great map, 5/5. Avoid if you're looking for a generic techbase that plays like every other generic techbase ; this is an actual original map.

^ Lol, let's rephrase that : avoid if you're not looking for a 1994-ish flat map with boring texturing, clashing themes and randomly placed items and monsters. Seriously, compare your maps to original Doom II levels and see if your work's as good before uploading here, thanks.

Previous experience combined with the higher total health of the opposition to make this map take exactly as long to play this time as it did last time (14:31). Much the same as before, but with more stuff to shoot (and fire) really. Still had an awful lot of health left over, and armour too I think. 3* -Phobus

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this is a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
