About This File

The Enterprise NX-01 is investigating a space anomaly. Demons suddenly begin to teleport themselves on the starship and the MACOs start a cruel battle against the invaders while the crew is evacuated on a Vulcan starship. The demons gain the upper hand and assume the control of the main computer system, which is blocked by a Genetic Key. Dr Phlox creates a device to get this key from the demons DNA; all the instructions for the correct development of this key are stored in the Dr Phlox's blue PADD, unluckly the demons attack the Infermery and stole the PADD. Your mission is clear: you must infiltrate the Enterprise, rescue the Blue PADD and get control over the starship.

Decent level design, but ripping all the weapons from WildWeasel's Batteries Still Not Included mod instead of even attempting to create Star Trek-based weapons is really, really lazy. 2/5 --Woolie

Love the weapons, real combat shoes! I'm shocked by the reasonable explication for the keys. It deserves 5 stars for that alone. The doom monsters look out of place here, but you don't need to restore the power anyway. So still 5 stars. The spaceship is good enough it's convincing but I don't find the design beautiful. 5/5 coldfusio.

This is the best star trek themed wad I've seen so far - really good fun and good weapons. ~ pritch

This is really good, very difficult where you need to avoid some of the tougher enemies until you get some better weapons. There is also a poor flow to this level. You really need to do some searching for the keys and find where they get used.

A Star Trek-themed map with Quake 2 music while using a DOOM source port. Who could ask for anything better? 4/5 - TL

Kind of a neat idea, I suppose, since it's been years since anybody attempted a Star Trek themed wad - but outside of the name and some references in the readme file, there's barely anything Star Trek about it - not even the weapons that the author borrowed from my own WW-BSNI. Wasn't a fan of all the backtracking and doors that were "locked", either... -wildweasel

Nice looking map, good fights, great use of WildWeasel's weapons. I like the key progression it makes a little sense for a change. 5/5

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
