I gave it 5 stars cause the average was less than 4. It deserves 4 1/2 stars. It is a GREAT map. It has excellent gameplay, isn't too hard, very well placed barrels, great textures, decent architecture, excellent layout. But most important, it's a lot of fun. I think 40oz is a very creative mapper. Not sure why there are avg comments.

Although this is a fairly good map, it felt as if it was a base for a much improved map - maybe with some modern source port effects. Still enjoyed playing it though. 4/5

This map doesn't feel like it like 11 hours worth of work. It feels like your other maps that had only taken you 3ish hours. 2/5

Unfortunately, it is pretty average. There is absolutely nothing bad about... the textures fit the architecture well, the monster placement was decent, ammo/health balance was pretty good, but there wasn't anything special about it to really set it apart from other wads. Overall, time well spent to kill 30 minutes. *** -EarthQuake

Good little map, but not so sure about the cyberdemon placement at end! Seemed a bit out of place. 3 stars. -TRRobin.

Similar opinion on this one as there was for January 9th - its fun, but its easy, boxy and linear. The Cyberdemon fight was pretty crap, all told, but some other nice touches in the map keep it in the "good but not great" area. 4* -Phobus

Older than the maps in UAC Ultra, but it didn't show. Stellar stuff here. Good flow, a LOT of fun. I hope this guy makes keeps making more, UAC Ultra 2 maybe?

average. it's doom, that's about it. linear game play. i ran out of ammo repeatedly and had to iddqd it. still ran out of ammo. follows all the rules but doesn't have much creativity.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.

What the actual f*ck is this map. I love having 4 rockets, a shit ton of bullets and like 10 shotgun shells to take out a revenant, and whatever was in that cage. Doesn't look too bad, maybe this negativity is cus im no expert, also rather unskilled at the game?
