About This File

This is a fun level for doom2. You are on a lost island and you must kill Big White Monsters and some Fatsos. At the end there is a Big Pink Monster and maybe something else.

This map is simple - move a bit, get teleported, punch some zombies and keens. Floor lowers, get teleported back to action, grab that shotgun, shoot some hell knights and mancubus(or trigger infight between them). Meet baron of hell, get surprised by archvile(or not) in exit area. Press switch and level ends.

Atleast, music was changed.

Dated September 10, 2010. You start off immediately walking over a one-time warp linedef into a room with 4 former humans and a bunch of Commander Keens, who upon being killed open a warp pad in the center of the room. After that it's back to where you started, facing a lot of Hell Knights, a few Mancubi, a Baron, and an Archvile armed only with a regular shotgun. I would describe this style of mapping as "interesting", and that's being nice. 1/5

When you use 20 min for create a map, play this map yourself, but it's not necessary to share this "masterpiece". 0/5

Well, it was stupid, but it wasn't ugly, annoying, or unplayable. Really, it's biggest downfall is that it comes down to a total of 3 rooms. I'm going to have to give this one 2 stars.

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
