Classic shitty map from 1995...I accidentally hit the secret exit and the door were not like a proper door even its sector wasn't a secret area so it made no sense...the whole level just...shitty, nothing else, bad door textures, random texturing everywhere, the weak monsters and more than enough amount of ammo made this level so easy, just easily get lost due blend and bad textures/texturing in whole level. 2/5 -playerlin

I liked the use of lighting and creepy texture use here, some parts of the design seemed creative. The fights are decent with the slime and hitscanners. Its flaws are the need to use silent switches (on console blocks) and that if you don't you can get stuck without a needed key. The secret exit is not marked, although I reached it at the end with the automap powerup. The music is fine and the sounds creepy and seem original but removable because they are too crude. Slightly large, ugly nukeage base of some sort. Progression is a little confusing and involves some running back and forth. Fights are easy, with only smaller monsters and plenty of ammo. Two exits exist, the secret one is found in one of the many hidden and superfluous side areas. Several doors are completely unmarked and several switches have unclear effects. There's a helpful (proper) secret area right at the start. Overall, feels very rough around the edges and is not worth your time. --1/5

I got stuck in the SE map section, while holding only the yellow key. There was a lift in the building surrounded by nukage that I could activate but not get on. Wandered around looking for switches, secrets, but found nothing. Seems like not well playtested...

I kinda like the big places in this map and you don't easilly get lost. The design sometimes is very simple (one texture over the place) or not so alligned but I don't mind that. Though, to reach some places for normal progression you need to find secrets, also there are many secrets without the secret tag. 2.5/5 - Optimus

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
