This isn't an epic wad, but it has a lot of good moments in it. Some of the level. But the quirky feel and experimental design kind of warms my heart a little. 4 stars, cannonball

Solid maps, but not spectacular. I played on, expecting larger, better, tougher maps towards the end, but no - they're all pretty much the same. If you liked the first two or three, you'll like the rest as well; if not... you won't. 2.5/5 - ZZ

It isn't perfect... The wad is little bit unbalanced. You have here lot of too easy maps with bunch of health and ammo and lot of maps with nearly no health. There isn't any graduation. The maps aren't getting harder or larger and even map with raising level. But overall it was pleasure to play through and I found there also some challenging and inspiring moments. 3.5/5

It's really mixed. I don't really see how anyone prefers this over Reverie (or Eternally Yours). Not bad though so 3/5

Very uneven in quality, some maps are fun and some are not... Still worth three stars, I believe.

Some maps are good and do well on detailing jobs. But many maps just boring and plays like shit. (Thanks using ROTT musics so I can use idmus08/idmus14 to completed those boring maps, also sv_fastweapons 1 helps too. :P) 2.5/5 -playerlin

little brother of the Legendary Reverie, this one is less beautifull (in visuals) but seems to be more action packed! - 4/5

Really awful megawad, trying to mimicry classic and fails. Author should learn not only the simplicity of design style 90', but basic principles of visual STYLE as well. One small room can't have 10 tex from 2 themes and lots of stupid details on walls and floors. [...] most of the monster teleporters are too slow and unpredicable like early 94', and secondly... WHAT THE HELL PURPOSE for making teleport actions for same tag with single spot as W1?? It's big annoyance for the people who likes play maxes.

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this is a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
