About This File

A map created for FoH's Standalone Megawad Project in which the challenge is to work with a severely limited texture set derived from 40oz's UAC Ultra texture pack. This wad implements difficulty levels diligently, so it cadres to both casual and hardcore players alike! Be aware though! If you’re playing on Ultraviolent, prepare for a never ending onslaught the likes of which you will not be prepared for (contradiction intentional)!Make sure you load up the two wad files included with the zip together to get the fullest experience possible.

The opening can be extremely annoying lest one finds ammo, but as things go on, the wad becomes a little more satisfying to play and the fights better-constructed. The animating sky is a nice, underused touch. 3.5/5 - Snakes

I don't know but why some many authors like do narrow walkways or make shitload of barriers, maybe it gives player's to hide and adding challenges but it's still annoying... and lost souls always let me get killed because they blocked my way out...totally sucks.(HMP and UV both have lost souls, so...) but those fights just fair, except cyberdemon one...looks good but no, it should be more space for fighting at all... 3/5

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.

What the actual f*ck is this map. I love having 4 rockets, a shit ton of bullets and like 10 shotgun shells to take out a revenant, and whatever was in that cage. Doesn't look too bad, maybe this negativity is cus im no expert, also rather unskilled at the game?

thank god Underhalls was the map that followed this mod as that level was able to remind me what actually competent level design looks like.
