This actually reminds me of 007 license to spell doom. pretty cool gameplay of this wad and i love the ambient sound effects too though.

I honestly enjoyed this much more than the original. Great visuals, and pleasantly low key gameplay. Shame that this is so much less popular than original Dark 7.

Great mapset, but did you REALLY have to keep those stupid ass stealth monsters in it?! 4/5

It's a nice change of pace from the usual levels one sees, and has a great flow and atmosphere that connect the levels. It's a little easy, and feels like an old Goldeneye set of levels (not necessarily a bad thing) but still manages to impress. The effort put into it pays off.

Interesting atmosphere but gameplay is tedious and easy. Elevator buttons are bad design. First part is better. 3/5

3/5 I loved this map pack. This originally hit the internet in 2008 so I don't know why this was uploaded late on here. Despite the older, and non-special edition being on /idgames I felt this was a fun romp through the updated map pack. Much, much better than the original, but I was expecting a better final boss than a single Spidermastermind and 4 stealth Archvilles.

"This originally hit the internet in 2008 so I don't know why this was uploaded late on here." - it was actually released in 2002 (as it was the wad that got me into ZDoom), it must've been updated since. Quality wad though.

Too straight forward and too easy, but the atmosphere is nice. 3/5 - Zalewa

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
