I tried playing this with Doom2+ which is a limit increasing port. However it didn't work properly and I got stuck. I recommend the author play it with Doom2+ to see the problems. This map actually needs a limit removing port with bug fixes or boom compatible port (i.e. prboom+ cl9). Nice map anyway 4/5 dwrTag

As much as I totally and seriously agree with the title of this map, and am still enraged and perplexed by the interdimensional rifts being constantly opened by men of science in the name of industry, I just don't find this level fun, and so I ended up committing suicide again and again and again until once more, those damned moronic scientists, in their own evil way, won.

It's a not a bad map. I like the outside area near the end. There isn't a lot of enemies to fight though, even on UV difficulty.

detailed map, with good scenics, but more of an eye pleaser than an actual... just average gameplay in general

A map that'll take you about 15 minutes to finish. Pretty big, but plenty of empty rooms. I felt like the layout is okay but the gameplay was very lacking - 191 monsters spread through many big rooms with empty spaces. At some point you have so much plasma ammo that the Cyberdemon in the end is a piece of cake. Could've been better, but still worth a runthrough. 3/5 - Moti

Salu2 --Lukasxd

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
