I have a i7 dual core processor, and a 8gb graphics card. I can play Crysis 2 and Skyrim on ultra-high quality with a solid 60fps. I cannot play this at all. A biased 1/5 for me, sorry.

Extremely good level design. Gameplay is fun as well. But there are still some flaws. That generator boss fight was horribly annoying. So 4 stars rather then 5 makes sense to me. ****

Ingenious architecture couple with one of the most oppressive atmosphere I've ever encountered. Gameplay is solid enough to back it up, with the boss fight being borderline-terrifyin g stuff. Incredibly well done.

Great level design and atmosphere. I have two problems with it. The monsters don't look right in this world at all. New sprites that fit the theme would make this a classic. Also, there's a lot of thing blocking due to separate floors. I kept getting stuck on nothing due to monsters on a floor above or below me. 4/5.

Wow, best design ever! This is not Doom, this is Quake 2!!! Though, near the end the boss fight and then room full of infested arch villes, I simple cheated, but this still gets 5/5 anyway - Optimus

@theguyaboveme I smell bullshit, you can't get an i7 dual core, and this mod is very playable on my Athlon II x2 with GTX 560 Ti on max under GZDoom, so you're either lying about your specs, or you're doing something wrong, great mod though :D

Glorious map! A tad annoying with the switch-hunt, but as someone said previously, it isn't that big of a deal, considering the size of this map. Marvelous architecture and texturing! 5/5

Sweet. Design- and texture-wise, it's more like a Quake mod than a DOOM WAD, but nonetheless it's excellent. The two giant "wall of flesh" monsters you encountered were great touches. The only issue I had with this was that it wasn't very obvious where to go at times: too much of a switch hunt. Still, 4.5/5 - ZZ

@above: presumably no BS about the framerate, I had the same problem on i7-2600K & HD6950 & WinXP, it was completely unplayable. My solution: set 'options/display/ope nGL/dynamic light/use shaders for light' to 'no' - now my framerate is shyhigh @ 1920x1200. Nice level btw, overall 4.5/5

Very nice! Great visual environment. Only complaint is that it seemed like a switch hunt at times. I'm not gonna count off for that, however, because the place isn't so big that you can't do a little back-tracking. Also, very hard at times, especially at the end. (I know I'm OCD cause I didn't run for the exit. I just killed everything) 0/5

I have games from the 2010's that don't look this good. The graphics are eye-popping!!! Gameplay is solid as well, although I felt at times that ammo was given out a bit too liberally. Also, I do think the switch texture should have been colored differently which would make it more noticeable. Great flow and amazing architecture. 5 stars all the way.

The environment and attention to detail was probably the most amazing thing I have ever seen. The gameplay was OK. It was a bunch of switch hunting and predictably teleporting in monsters. I had to wander around a bunch to find which door was now open.

@the bullshit smeller: Google "Arrandale". They made i7 Dual Cores for the laptop market. l2tech. But as for a review? Good atmosphere. Great visuals. Wasn't too fond of the gameplay. 3/5

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.

What the actual f*ck is this map. I love having 4 rockets, a shit ton of bullets and like 10 shotgun shells to take out a revenant, and whatever was in that cage. Doesn't look too bad, maybe this negativity is cus im no expert, also rather unskilled at the game?

thank god Underhalls was the map that followed this mod as that level was able to remind me what actually competent level design looks like.

Not that bad, even kind of interesting find the secrets in the map! But yeah, that switches jungle is a awful choice really.

A basic and nice looking showroom type of map where monsters are trapped inside glass prisons, no exit and no way to play this with any modern source Port like DSDA-Doom and GZDoom, but works really well in Crispy Doom. It was a pleasant experience.
